Stayed for five nights as a couple.
Seriously disappointed with the service from the staff in the hotel.

Cons:
The staff had a very bad attitude when asking for their assistance, asked for extra coffee for the room they told us to go to the restaurant where I was asked to pay.

When we asked for our room to be serviced they made us feel like we were asking for a favour.

Upon arrival nobody said 'welcome' and the same on departure we weren't even asked if we had enjoyed our stay.

Staying here is more like a transaction between the guests and employees rather than an interaction.

After our room was serviced, the sink was left taken apart and the fresh towels were thrown on our suitcase.(see photos attached)

It's a lovely hotel, but the staff are lacking politeness and make you feel like a hinderance the majority of the time you have an inquiry.

We booked this hotel for a four night stay . The room was lovely to be fair good size. We stayed 1106 but the road noise below was no stop and LOUD. Plus there is a club near by which stayed open till 6 ish then got louder Location was good for getting to La Rambles and the harbour area. If you like your sleep that room avoid.

I've mixed emotions about this hotel so I'll split my review to Pros and Cons.

Pros :
Location which is very close to many attractions by walking.
Free WiFi
The room was fine , clean and equipped with safe , Kettle and mini Bar fridge
The mini French stick bread at the breakfast was so fresh, crispy and tasty.

Cons :
The view from the room was an internal shaft...
To go to the room from the Lobby I had to pass thru a garage parking...
The Breakfast was slightly moderate
And what bothered me most : the Coffee at the breakfast was almost undrinkable (both from the machine and powder)
