This is a wonderful hotel. So easy to stay as first timers to Barcelona from U.S. Great location walkable to nearly everything. Front desk staff always present and attentive and never irritated with our numerous requests for more free bottled water and my daughter loved grabbing a few of the delicious candies in the free little jars up front at the desk. The rooms are clean, housekeeping does a great job. Views of the bustling streets below are fun. Beds comfy and room cool. And wow, the breakfast included is amazing and was a great start to every one of our 5 mornings here! Yes, the food was wonderful with a superb selection from hot to fruit to pastries but the staff in the dining area are just so friendly. Fernando and Natalia greeted us with cheerful smiles each day and made sure all our requests were met. The tables were kept cleared quickly and spotless so never a concern of available seating. We loved having breakfast here before starting our morning tours. Oh, and the rooftop bar and restaurant with great views, drinks and tapas is a neat way to end your day. This hotel offers so much and their service is spot on. You will not regret your stay here!

We arrived by taxi unannounced but amazingly were met by a smiling member of staff , who greeted us by name and carried our luggage into reception. We had come from a cruise and were very early , however the reception staff offered to store our luggage until the room was ready and said they would try and have it available early . It was ready 2 hours earlier than expected, which was a great bonus.
Drinks on roof terrace and some tapas were lovely and very welcome. Every member of staff were extremely helpful and pleasant at all times . The room was modern spacious and had wonderful view of the waterfront. The large bed was comfy and the room had a Fabulous bathroom with a very good shower . Excellent breakfast in a wonderful room with a high vaulted ceiling . Could not recommend this hotel highly enough.

Stayed here after our family transatlantic cruise on the Disney Dream. This hotel was the perfect place to conclude our multi week journey across the pond.

Rooms were quiet and the roof top bar was wonderful.

Every morning we had the buffet breakfast and Fernando was the perfect host.

Would definitely stay here next time we are in Barcelona.
