I stayed at hotel Cram for 5 nights. It was overall an amazing experience. Wonderful service in the reception at any time. The employees were so friendly and helpful.

Fantastic visit and I really can’t fault the hotel at all. I stayed for three nights in January. Great location, room and common areas were spotless.
All the staff encountered were extremely professional and helpful. My room was amazing and very big, and the bed I have to say is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. I didn’t want to leave it and wished I could have taken it home with me. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

Pretty satisfied with the entire experience. Location is an asset, as it is very close to Plaza Catalunya. The ros are very nice, comfortable and well decorated. Breakfast pretty delicious with variety of options. Staff more than professional and helpful. Cleaning service performs very good, as well as the reception. Many thanks to Stan, the night shift receptionist who was more than helpful even for things out of his responsibility.

Very well located hotel near to Las Ramblas. Good size room, very clean and comfortable. The roof top terrace is lovely to sit and have a cocktail!! Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel

This is one of the worst hotels we have stayed in. The staff were extremely rude. We were advised through booking.com from the hotel that if we arrived early and the room was available, we could check in. We arrived early and were told the room was available, however we had to pay for an extra night. The man at the counter was laughing and was incredibly rude. Absolutely disgusting service and we would advise all tourists to stay away from this hotel. The room was disgusting, very small and the light switches were ridiculous. The room advised it had a balcony which was also a lie.
We regret you have left with a wrong impression of the service, as all around the world an early check-in at 03:00hrs will be charged as an extra night and our staff tried so hard to explain it, but we have still been shot from your side.
