Fortunatelly our hotel does not have customers with such a bizarre behavior like you . We were waiting your complain ( as you said to our reception desk) and we are willing to explain the truth. You went to our buffet breakfast in the morning , you ate your breakfast and you pretended that breakfast wasn´t charged to your room. In addition you took some drinks from the minibar and you did not want to pay neither for those drinks drinked . Concerning the bottles of water , our reception manager gave you for free 1 botte of water.
We understant you are a student as you say , but here there are not hidden costs . You just need to read the cost of breakfast if you take it , drinks if you drink it . So it is no very difficult to understand , otherwise you should have asked before in case of any doubt . About your problem with the taxi, there is a fee to go to the Airport. But again , it looks as if you are using services that afterwards you don´t want to pay . So please avoid to complain next time or inform you first about what is included or not .
