Stayed here for three nights at the end of June. Room was very clean and well maintained, the view from the spacious balcony was beautiful. the breakfast was absolutely perfect, with an endless supply of a fine selection of ham. The ladies who provided breakfast were lovely and cheery, also very helpful. I sincerely hope we can return soon.
The hotel is close to a train station L7 line that goes to Catalunia station in the city
4,30€ for both ways per person is fine as train runs underground and is the fastest and easiest way to go to the city centre
To the hotel it has big rooms which are a bit outdated and might need some cosmetic repairs here and there
However all is clean and works well.
Air-condition runs well and bed is ok

Great value for money, booked a double bed room and only requested a higher floor, but instead got a bigger(and better :) room with a terrace and a view of the tibidabo amusement park on the highest floor of the hotel without any extra charge. Quiet, clean and great staff, very attentive. Close to a couple of metro stations, and very easy to go to the centre of the city by foot. La rambla approx. 25 minutes walking distance. I would definetely recommend to everyone traveling to Barcelona.
We payd 680euro for a 5 night stay, the hotel staff from the reception were ok, But the cleaning aspect was a nother point. Everything you SEE in the photos are from the last day of stay, So they never clean the corners of the room, there was broken Glass on the floor. Even for a cheap, modest hotel, this conditons aren't normal. Do not stay here!!!
The room was small but for few days it was ok. The problem was a shabby environment. In the bathroom we saw some small insects. We did not get a shampoo and when the shower gel was finished we did not get a new one. It was not the cleanest place and everything was kind of dirty. The hotel would use some of the renovation. The place was well connected and close to the metro. Breakfast was good enough
, choice for every taste. Anyway for the prize it was not enough.
