The hotel staff were very friendly and hospitable, always ready to help. The service was also very good.
The room was very clean and tidy, there was enough space for 2 people, the bed was very comfortable.
The location of the hotel was very convenient as it was in a quiet area, 3-4 minutes walk from the metro station.

We have recently stayed at this hotel, and as you enter it’s a lovely hotel but when we was given our room we had to climb over builders work equipment to access our room and then the first morning we was woke up at 7am to the builders drilling and hammering in the room next door to us, we then asked to move rooms which they could not accommodate on the second night but they was able to on the 3rd night but only down the hall so still from 9/10am could here very loud construction happening, if we have known this would be this case we would have not stayed at this hotel as it was very hard to get a decent night sleep, was not given any warning for this when booking, However the rooms were decent with good size beds and bathroom and in a really good location close to the metro so easy to get in the city centre, just feel disappointed from the lack of sleep and communication about this.

This truly is a gem of a find.
Getting there by bus, metro etc is not easy on arrival; but circa €20 will bring you from airport to hotel entrance.
The room on the first floor was immaculate and quiet; even with windows open on a night time.
Other than a less than effective air con, there are no complaints.
Friendly and welcoming and only 10 mins from town centre, it is a perfect place for couples and young families. Situated on the middle of a steepish hill, those with mobility issues may benefit from using taxis.

The location of the hotel is one of our strong points, as it is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood and at the same time it is very close to the center (only 15 min. by public transportation).
We can recommend two options to reach us from the airport the next time you visit us. By cab would be about 20min. with a cost of 30€, and the other option of Aerobus + metro, would be about 30min. to the center and then 15min. by metro to the hotel with a cost of 6.75 + 2.40€ approx.
In relation to the AC, we are subject to the laws of our country.

This hotel is the one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. It is so clean and the rooms are lovely. The staff are all lovely and cannot do enough for you like booking taxis etc.
you can sit outside and have a few drinks if you wish. The dining room looked lovely but we didn’t have breakfast so cannot review that unfortunately.
The hotel is excellently positioned for the metro literally a 2 min walk then it takes you straight to La rambla which is 5 stops away and takes 10 minutes at the very most.
So easy to use.
If you’re looking for a great hotel in a quiet area then book this hotel it is just fab !!!
The only downside was the tea and coffee sachets would be nice if replaced daily in the room

friendly staff (all of them), free water supplier tank, very good mattress, strong AC, good prices, near bus V9/H16 and metro line L6/S1/S2.
The area is a rezidential one with apartaments in beautiful buildings surrounded by green of the plants
