We stayed here for 4 nights, very pleased with our hotel! A great area close to local metros, the area is clean and safe with plenty of cafes/restaurants. The room was gorgeous, cleaned each day and kept so fresh. Roof top pool was nice to spend the afternoon with pool bar if required. We would definitely recommend hotel America Barcelona! X
I love this hotel! The rooms are modern and impeccably clean. The location of the hotel makes it easy to walk to popular attractions. The roof terrace has great views of the city and is perfect for taking a nap on the comfortable chairs. The staff went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and happy during our stay. I will be staying here again on my next visit!
I’m literally just back home after a 5 night stay in this lovely hotel! The rooms were modern and always kept very clean and the rooftop pool and terrace is fab! The location is excellent and central to great tapas bars and restaurants with a gorgeous little Oyster and champagne bar just across the street. The metro was a little walk away and we purchased a 3 day ticket for 22€ which I think we got our money back on within the first day!
With a fantastic and ample breakfast (with cava!) on offer every morning, I would definitely recommend this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to rebook if I ever/when I next visit Barcelona!
First time in Barcelona, wow, what a city..... so much to see and do and experience.
This is a fab hotel, staying here augmented our stay. Everyone so helpful. Ideal position for local cafes, bars and restaurants and only 3 block walk to the centre of activity.
Chilled at roof top pool on the lovely warm afternoons.
Fab little cafe round the corner where we had croissants and coffee every morning.

3 of us shared a 4th floor room. No complaints with noise. Beds were comfortable. Noticed a strange odor a couple of the mornings despite the room having just been cleaned.
Location is great close to metro or slightly longer walk to attractions.
We did the basic breakfast which comes with muffins, croissants, donuts etc and drinks.
Staff very accommodating in getting us ice, cloth iron and ironing board.
Rooftop area is nice to lounge in however pool is a bit small.
