Average room, service and location

We stayed in this hotel for 3 days, according to our reservation it stated that hot breakfast is included. Unfortunately it was not truth. You can get coffee, and continental breakfast but not exactly that advertised. The some personal was very friendly and helpful, for example Tanya; she is working at night shift or late afternoon shift. Unfortunately during morning and daytime staff were not so warm. I got the feeling that I had three heads than I asked the question about which channel is English speaking TV. Well, they did not have English speaking channels. Location- close to subway. If you ask me would I come back to this hotel. The answer will be No. May be I am just spoiled.

First of all, thank you for your visit and for the time you took to provide us with your experience. We regret you got the impression about some points or Hotel services: Hot breakfast is served every day but we cook it once our guest order it to fully maintain its properties and the temperature. We think it is much better to cook in instantly. We will try that the breakfast banner situated on the table becomes clearer. We regret to have not been able to fulfil your expectations in some of our services. We will really take care of your comment in order to continuously improve all our services and facilities and to finally get the full satisfaction of all our guests. Nice place to lay your head

I enjoyed my time in this hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the hot breakfast is much better than most tourist hotels. Also, excellent service and in a neighborhood so you get a feel for life in Barcelona,

Nice location to discover Barcelona

Stayed here 3 nights for a conference. Friendly staff at the reception desk and a spacious room (was upgraded to a junior suite). Enormous bed, a shower and a bubble bath. The latter was out of service unfortunately and the shower had some small spots of mould though. But in general nice accommodation. I would wanted to see an iron in the room, but you can call for one if you want.

Breakfast was nice, but I had the impression it was a bit understaffed:replenishing the buffet took a while, as was cleaning the tables when guests were leaving. Because the breakfast area is not that big, guests had to sit down at tables that were not cleaned yet.

The hotel is easily reachable from Plaça de Catalunya with the L7 line to the El Putxet station - which is just around the corner of the hotel.

Surprised Excellence

We escaped to Europe on a quick trip, staying in Barcelona for only 3 nights and with having booked a package tour which included this hotel. We were DELIGHTFULLY SURPRISED with hotel - very clean, centrally located with easy access to the subway, the staff were very helpful, spoke fluent English, and were very accommodating. They also serve a buffet European style breakfast which was very good. The price point was deceiving low because the value and experience was GREAT. I will definitely book this hotel again for our next Barcelona trip.

OK

Rooms are clean, but very small, beds ok, rooms are really all you need, but difficult even to move around room due to lack of the space. Walls are very thin, you can easily hear your neighbour speaking.Breakfast nice, but you need to ask for scrambled eggs if you want them.
