While we are glad that the high standards we set ourselves met your expectations, we are sorry to hear that you were not entirely satisfied with your room.
We would like to believe that all pictures are representative of the establishment and examples of the different categories of rooms we have on offer. However, we are always available to assist our guests in finding the room best suited to their requirements. Moreover, we do carry out maintenance whenever necessary to keep our rooms up to date, however, we have noted your comment and will be considering it.
As you mention, our swimming pool is quite small, however, we hope our guests find it ideal for a quick refreshing dip to unwind after a hot day. Furthermore, we regret that you felt the service provided by our reception team was not up to the usual high standard we set ourselves; this gives us the opportunity to review our procedures with the team.
Nevertheless, we are pleased to hear you enjoyed the rooftop views and that you found our location ideal for your needs.
