AC went off every night around 03.30. The 3rd bed in the room had very pointy corners and I scratched / injured my leg all the time. Soap was empty and did not get filled. Room had 4 charger spots, but just 1 in the beds area which was used by my partner for his sleep-apnea device. Toilet in the room did not have a toilet brush. Minibar did not cool. Not enough clothing hangers.

Wonderful reception staff, who were incredibly helpful. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable; the shower was sooo good I wanted to bring it home with me. Breakfast was good, with a selection of fruit, pastries, hot food and cold meats and cheeses. Excellent location for the metro with two stations nearby. Pool is a plunge pool on the roof terrace, which was great for me, because no-one else was using it at the time, but it's not a swimming pool (3.5 strokes end to end). It would have been nice to have coffee making facilities in the room but there is a café a couple of doors down from the hotel that opens at 6am so got takeaway coffees from there. The area has some fabulous restaurants within walking distance, as well as Casa Vicens and La Sagrada Familia

My impressions are very positive, the stay at the hotel was successful. The rooms were taken care of by friendly cleaning staff. Too much noise from the corridor reaches the room. The good location made us feel great there.

Fantastic staff. Want to thank Roberto extra for making our stay unforgettable! Great location - close to everything but still in a quiet area. Good, spacious rooms with everything you need. Cleaning every day. Small but cute rooftop pool area. If I come back to Barcelona I will choose Catalonia Gracia again!!!
