A brilliant stay and warm welcome at this superbly located hotel, with wonderful amenities, highest standards of cleanliness, and spacious well equipped rooms, gym and pool areas. Racine on reception is multi-lingual, nothing was too much trouble for her, she was super professional, warm and charming.

We really like this hote! The reception offered a free upgrade. The accommodation was stylish, super spacious and very comfortable. The bed and pillows were plush. The bathroom was really very nice, and the water pressure of the shower head and taps was strong.
In addition, we very much appreciated the air conditioning, complementary water, and mini bar in the heat of the Catalan summer.
The terrace and pool area were both very clean and extremely well maintained. It was nice to have a short dip after a long day of sightseeing and travelling.
The location of the hotel is great. Its an easy walk from Estacion Sants. When Barca wereplaying at home it must have been a great view of action at Camp Nou. It will be a great base for a match in the future when the stadium has been rebuilt - but the Barca FC museum is a 10 minute walk away.
Racine on reception gave us a her professional and friendly check-in. She has a very high level of proficiency in English, was charming and very efficient and thorough. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Her customer service excellence was of the high standards and quietly confident.
The housekeeping services are great - our room was spotless, well laid out and well serviced.
Super price, great location for all sorts of transport. We recommend this hotel and we’ll be back!

The shower has fungus, the room, even with windows close is noisy, they ask for deposit for pool towels, it says is pet friendly but only in the room, not common areas. The buffet breakfast doesn’t worth it for it’s price and the pool and terrace needs maintenance and is super basic, terrible decoration.

We stayed at the hotel for four nights
The size of the hotel rooms was suitable
In my opinion, the rooms facing the street are better. Our room faced the surrounding buildings and did not have a good view
The hotel lobby was small, the breakfast place and the hotel breakfast was good
If you want to visit the sights of Barcelona, it is far from the city center, but the distance to the metro station was about 5 minutes by foot, but it was close and suitable for the New Camp stadium.
