Broken minibar fridge warm beverages with off milk smell. Took 45 minutes to replace minibar fridge. Not convenient considering we only had one day here.
Requested a twin room and the beds were made up seperately, however were not split i had to do this myself, Takes two minutes this is inconsiderate or lazy.
The Room had mouldy peeling wallpaper.
They give you cheap complimentary water then offer Aqua pana premium at a premium price.
Cigarette burns in the terrace furniture.
The chairs on the terrace were covered in cement from building works recently taken place. This is clear as the cement is the same colour as the repairs on the balcony.
The Tv never worked, we never bothered notifying the hotel as we did not want to waste more time fixing it, we just wanted to watch the news with a coffee in the morning.
There is no privacy on the terrace, you have the view of alot of office blocks. We had the workers waving at us and dancing in there windows which was very embarassing.
Advertises 24 hour room service however in the night its very basic like a sandwich. No bar available until 4pm daily. No ability to get drinks until 4pm on the rooftop terrace.

Really good service, and deliciuos drinks! The staff Workers Are really nice and the view is insane. I would highly recommend this place if u are visiting Barcelona on a sunnhet day looking for something nice to do with friends, family or work.
