We understand, however, that you found the superior room and queen size bed to be relatively small, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Our room sizes are in line with Barcelona's standards, especially in the historic Gothic Quarter. For future stays, you may consider booking one of our different room categories with more space.
We also acknowledge your feedback regarding the pillows and the lack of a smart TV. We do offer a pillow menu for our guests to choose from, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep.
Whilst it's great to know that our soundproof windows were effective in blocking the outside noise from the bustling Ramblas, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by the inside noise and will look into ways to improve this aspect.
