We are truly sorry to hear that the rooftop did not meet your expectations.
It is disheartening to learn that, despite our efforts to accommodate your needs, you found our staff to be rude. We made an exception to our policy of prioritizing resident guests, provided you with one of our best tables with views, and assigned a guest service agent to offer personalized service. Unfortunately, it seems we did not have the opportunity to address your concerns during your visit as this review was written before your stay was concluded.
We also want to clarify that we never encouraged you to leave, as this is not in line with our standards. While our elevators are small, they are part of the charm of our historical building, which has been recently refurbished to maintain both its character and our commitment to excellent service and high standards of quality.
We believe that visiting other rooftops in the city might give you a better perspective on our prices, which we consider reasonable for a 5-star hotel with unbeatable views.
