Came here tonight (15.1.20) based on trip advisor reviews and wasn’t disappointed.
Food was amazing and the service was great.
We both had the 1/2 piri piri chicken one with salad and chips and one with rice and chips.
Got to try the homemade chilli Portuguese oil on the chicken-amazing and tastes so good.
Been to Portugal many times and food was authentic definitely be back if we get a chance as only here for a couple of days.

Portuguese restaurant where you can eat informal dishes. We need to mention the moelas picantes that where incredibly good and tasty. We also ordered some chicken with piri piri sauce but it lacked some flavor. The pataniscas and the bifanas where great. The desserts were delicious and the staff was super friendly. The service is very fast and the flavours reminds you of Portugal.

Have been to this restaurant several times and I keep coming back for one specific reason: it's great... Great food, great restaurant, great service... It makes Portugal and portuguese proud for sure... It's a wonderful representation of Portugal (especially the North) in Barcelona... I had "sardinhas á brasa" and left so, so happy... They tasted great, it made me go back to my parents house with all it's authentic wonderful flavors... Hope you have the chance to stop by and have some wonderful authentic portuguese food...totally recommended it!

For a spot of lunch between site seeing, we popped in this Portuguese BBq that didn't disappoint.

Friendly waiters and just good, hearty food.

The fries are delicious, savoury, fluffy, and the right crisp.

Succulent meat and tender fish.

You've got to try the lemon beer too. Perfectly refreshing in the sweltering Barcelona heat!

During our 10 day visit to Barcelona we are out every meal, the Paella, the pizza, the sandwiches to the more upscale meals, we were never disappointed, some meals were a bit overpriced, some fair, but PiriPiri was the best food bar none. During our visit to La Sagrada Familia, just a block away, can't miss this little place. We had 7 different dishes, all outstanding, the fish was my favorite, the half chicken was so good as well, even the French fries were amazing.
