The view of sagrada familia was beautiful from our room. That is the most positive thing I have to say. You could not open the window facing sagrada familia. It looks like it was broken to avoid people from opening it. The rooms were small and the toilet made weird loud sound at least once a day either in the morning or late at night. We had issues with our bedroom door and got locked three days in a row. One of the front desk people was very helpful and tried to help with this issue promptly; however the other front desk guy was really uninterested and tried to pass the “issues” to someone else.
The rooms were clean which was nice. But having to deal with our lock having the battery dead and having to wait for maintenance having to “charge it” three days in a row was pretty annoying, especially after a long day of walking.
We went to the rooftop once! Beautiful view. If you are able to get a reservation, good for you! If you are staying in the hotel, you are able to go during hours, but if you are not staying you might have a hard time getting a reservation I have seen a group of at least six people with “a reservation” being turned around. I was told that reservations were only for two people at a time anything above that was considered a party and would need a different rate.
