Positives: The hotel has very pleasant and beautifully decorated interiors and very spacious rooms (we had a premium room). On my arrival day I've asked if it's possible to add an extra bed and unfortunately it was not possible in the premium room even though it was huge (28sq meters I think). However the ladies at the reception found a way and changed our 2-person room into 3-person room (virtually the same) for no additional price :) - which was really kind. The 2nd room did not have as nice view but that did not matter to us. We were happy with the room and the beds (and soft sheets) who were very comfortable.
The hotel has an amazing rooftop bar with a swimming pool and lounge sofas. They do serve drinks as well. It's a pity the bar closes at 9pm and all guests are asked to leave so as not to disturb the neighbours.
Negatives: We were quite confused about what is the scope of the cleaning process and when bed sheets and towels would be changed. After the first night upon requesting change of bed sheets, we've been told, the sheets are changed every day. Next day however when we came back in the evening, we noticed the sheets have not been changed. On day 4, there was no cleaning at all despite being already 2pm. I've asked the reception why and I've been told we have to request cleaning and change of bed sheets which we did. There was no information in the bathroom on what's the procedure - usually there is such info ("towels on the floor means..." etc). Perhaps a suggestion for the hotel to put some information to let the guests know what they can be expecting when it comes to cleaning. Plus it would be nice to have an espresso cups in the room as it's funny to drink a small espresso from a big mug. As well as information about the different variety of Nespresso coffee capsules - no way to tell from their color whether you are drinking decaf or ristretto. Finally, I wish the rooftop terrace was not closed at 9pm when it finally gets nice and cool to sit and admire the night.
