Excellent location, near every major attractions in the city. The hotel is very clean and modern. The restaurant staff is very friendly and helpful. Good variety of food for breakfast.
Cons: waiting time for an elevator. We mostly used the stairs.

This hotel is in a perfect place for visiting Barcelona, you literally step outside and are central to everything. The hotel has a grande entrance and friendly staff to greet you.
One thing to be mindful of is the check in time of 3pm. We booked a package holiday with Jet 2 and were not informed during the booking process or on our confirmation. We arrived in Barcelona at 8.00am and although we were allowed to leave our luggage, it was extremely hot and a very long day! The room was also not ready until 3.30pm.
Despite the late check in, we were thrilled with the modern, beautiful rooms. I don’t think we have stayed in a nicer hotel room - ever! The bed was super comfy too. We loved that there was a water fountain and ice available in the corridor too.
One bug bare about this hotel was the lifts! They are super slow and never seem to stop on the correct floor. We found using the staff lift or the stairs much quicker than waiting for the lift.
Breakfast was good. There is a nice variety of continental breakfast available, with the additional option of ordering freshly prepared eggs, pancakes etc. Would be beneficial for the hotel to order another toaster as there is always a queue for toast with only one toaster available.
We had a lovely stay and would recommended this to other travellers.

Check in was strange. Told us they couldn’t check us in earlier (which is fine) but then they proceeded to give two couples an early check in.
Besides that… great location, clean, and the rooftop bar has an amazing view. If you are a hotel guest you don’t have to pay the entrance fee! Make sure you tell the hostess you are staying in the hotel because we nearly got charged 20 Euros.
I would totally stay here again. It has everything you need in and around the area. We did the typical tourist thing and did the city bus tour. The first stop on the tour is right outside the hotel!

Stayed there early June part work part leisure. Internet at room was good. Breakfast was good. Location of the hotel was perfect. Room was conventional hotel room however for us it was a tad small. We did see a pool and gym but both were small so we didn't try either of them. The view from our room window was a wall overlooking a small corridor between buildings with no view nor sun, so we requested from the receptionist possibility of changing room and were respectfully declined the request.

Wow, what an amazing hotel, my fourth visit to Barcelona and my first to this hotel. This is now my preferred choice of hotel, great city views from the room, fantastic rooftop pool, great reception upon arrival and lovely room
