The hotel is generally very clean, on a top location, the personnel is very polite and nice, answer all your questions.
My remarks are on:
- rust on some of the bath appliances/toilet appliances (which is not something you think you will see in such hotel),
- the restaurant is really small and it is very hard during breakfast,
- the pool is really small also, but the view is magnificent!
- the elevators are impossible! Really slow, only two and really strange way of going up and down even though you are in them for 15 minutes, waiting to go to your floor..
It was nevertheless really nice place to stay. The location is just perfect!

We stayed at this location for 2 nights. The location is wonderful and the staff is exceptional. Jennifer was knowledgeable in every field , directed us in the right direction every day , was super friendly and most hospitable. The room was large , everything was working properly and the bed was great . Breakfast was very good with a large selection. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to all of our friends traveling to Barcelona.

This hotel is a paradox . Very well positioned , clean and pleasant rooms BUT the rooms to the rear of the hotel have a massive problem ..... noise .
I stayed in room 403 and directly below that room ( maybe 10 meters away ? ) is a nightclub . This club stays open - with doors and windows open - until 4am ....yes , FOUR AM ! I was unable to have more than a few hours sleep in each of my three nights stay .
What makes me angry is that the staff admitted to me that this is a known problem and indeed , I now see there are earlier complaints on TripAdvisor. I believe that selling these rooms could/ should be considered illegal as they are not fit for purpose .
I suggest you avoid using this hotel but if you you must then you should insist on rooms to the front .
I have video evidence of the noise which was shown to the hotel manager . There was an apology and an offer of a free breakfast should I ever return to the hotel -- ridiculous !
