We just left the restaurant and loved the experience. We where five for lunch and we had “a la carte” because there are so many things we wanted to try. I had oysters with Bloody Mary and Eel, plus croquettes and for dessert a cheesecake, and my family had Cecina, Omelette, Sous Vide Egg, Gnocchi with octopus and many other dishes. We only had two glasses of wine “de la casa” and both were great
The order is set by the kitchen, so we did end sharing the whole thing. Service was outstanding, food just incredible as it’s all full of surprises.
All the dishes where a surprise and the ideas behind are great. Very modern, with new ideas.
Don’t expect to get stuffed, but the portion size is just right. I was full without being stuffed, and that’s perfect.
After the meal we could visit the kitchen, and it’s in perfect review order. It has all the toys you would expect in a kitchen that makes such a long menu.
One option, if you are a group of 8, is to ask for the Kitchen table; after visiting the kitchen, is an experience I’m planning to do in the future.
