We were robbed during our stay at the hotel, someone entered our room and stole wallets, a designer bag and hat. As if this wasn't unacceptable and serious enough, when we reported this to the hotel staff we were met with an extremely confrontational attitude and rude behaviour. They said the door didn't lock properly so basically it was our problem and the only thing we could do was going to the police and report what happened (which obviously we were going to do anyways). Not a sorry, not anything else. We've been coming to this hotel every year for Primavera Sound and never would have thought that our things would get stolen here and that the hotel staff and especially the manager could be this rude and unhelpful. This is absolutely not the way to treat regular customers or really anyone at all, I was deeply saddened and shocked to see that there was 0 empathy for what had happened (it almost seemed that they were blaming us for having our things stolen). When we went to give this feedback at checkout the manager told us that he couldn't accept it, which left me speechless. Needless to say we'll never go back and no one should either.
