Above all, we would like to thank you for choosing H10 Casa Mimosa as your hotel during your stay in Barcelona.
It is unfortunate to read that, even though you liked your room and the hotel location, some aspects did not meet with your expectations, we appreciate your honesty regarding your experience as it will help us improve those matters.
We especially would like to address the lack of personality from our staff, apart from being professional, we also want our guests to feel they have a personalized experience and feel they're being looked after in the most humane way possible, so it is a shame to read that this wasn't your experience during your time here.
Regarding your check in time, could be a misunderstanding as we were full the day before your arrival, that means unfortunately no early check in was possible. Some guests check out earlier than others and we finally checked you in at 13:30h instead 15h. There is no reason for us to make you wait if we have a free room.
About the hotel cancellation policies, we will find a way that makes sense and it is more clear on the website before booking a long stay so that there are no misunderstandings in the future regarding the conditions of the reservation.
