Reception staff were very aggressive. I came to meet a friend at the bar and I arrived early. The staff kept asking me what I was doing even though I told them I was waiting for a friend. They made me very unwelcome and I decided not to have a my drinks there and went to a place around the corner instead.
This is the perfect place for a stay in Barcelona. From the moment we arrived to be greeted with a chilled glass of cava to the time we left 4 nights later we enjoyed every aspect & moment.
The beautiful courtyard garden was a perfect place to sit out with a coffee after breakfast to plan the day ahead. We enjoyed sitting on the lower rooftop solarium watching the visitors to La Pedrera. Evening drinks taken at the roof top bar helped us finish off another lovely day sightseeing.
The location of the hotel was ideal to set off from to walk around this beautiful city, near some excellent tapas & paellas bars & a fantastic eating place called Secrets by Farga.
All the staff were very friendly & helpful & are a credit to H10. Thank you Casa Mimosa!

I wanted a nice launch in a posh place, expecting the food to be good, so I went in their restaurant, in Barcelona!...I ordered a Lobster Thermidor, and a mix salad! All good till my food arrived, I received a Lobster carcass filled with thermidor sauce and mushrooms! Lobster meat was missing, so I called the restaurant manager to report my issue, he told me that this is the real Thermidor, which is not! He didn't even try to change my food, or to report the problem to the chef, although i told him i am not happy with my meal... such a bad customer service, for a high-class hotel! Never back again there!

Amazing hotel with beautiful rooms and centrally located. We were upgraded to a beautiful room on arrival, amazing and helpful staff! First time travellers to Barcelona and the location was perfect for walking around and seeing the sites. The rooftop bar is definitely worth a visit at night! Highly recommend this hotel

The Hotel is really comfortable and the staff are friendly. The location is perfect for sightseeing etc I have a severe nut allergy and the were great at tailoring the menu for me. Very comfortable bed.
