If you are someone that requires accessibility, it would be recommended to not stay at this hotel. The breakfast area is very inconvenient and there is only one accessible parking spot for the entire hotel and if the lot is full, you are required to take your vehicle to a parking garage.
I have stayed at this hotel often. The rooms are very nice. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The view facing the Detroit River is really beautiful. The rooms facing the city can be a bit noisy during the weekend.
The best stay I’ve ever had in long time. Breakfast was terrific and so delicious. Staff was wonderful and very fast with my checkin and just when I thought they are done I get a call to my room to make sure everything is looking good. Everyone there is so helpful. Best hotel totally recommend!!!!
If you love staying up till all hours, the thumping of club music, drunk shouting and cussing in the middle of the night on the sidewalk, rivalled only by sirens, and loud traffic then this place is for YOU! I however, DO NOTTT. Our room was even on the 9th floor but still the noise was terrible! I cant begin to express how bad this hotel is….it’s 3am and Im so tired….front desk ‘staff’ was fully unsympathetic when I approached about it. They offered not to charge me for the 15$/day hotel parking in the totally inconvenient sketchy garage down the street. Hotel is not in the best part of town (wish i had known), and seemingly homeless junkies line the sidewalks. The noise of the air conditioning inside came a close second to being as annoying as the nightclub. I came to Windsor to watch my son play in a sports event but missed the morning trying to catch up on desperately needed sleep. What a waste of money. Im too tired i cant type any more about it…DO NOT STAY HERE.

The water pressure in the shower can be improved, and the water from the shower shouldn't drip and get outside the bathtub, and make the floor all wet.
One of the beds is lumpy and squeaky, it is hard to turn without worry about waking up the other party.
The breakfast area is a disaster when the hotel is busy. Long line up to use the toaster. The hotel can consider opening for breakfast earlier when the place is full to better distribute the volume of people.
Parking can be an issue when it is full. The system to use another garage somewhere seems complicated. $15 per night charge for parking seems unnecessary.
The check-in and out are acceptable, and the room is clean.
WIFI works great, and the location of the hotel is almost perfect.
