Victoria was our first point of contact when we arrived. She was amazing - friendly, great smile and truly interested in us. We felt important and immediately knew we had booked the right place. We had an original room which was funky, clean and comfortable. Victoria walked us part way to ensure we knew where we were going.
The location of the hotel is wonderful. We will be back.

The hotel is a very kitchy, glamorous, wonderfully staffed property. Its warm greetings by all staff are superlative, and the kitchiness comes from all the unique art, verbiage in all sorts of print, the diversity and wonderful traits of the staff. As far as hotel amenities they are unmatched - from the rooms, food and beverage facilities, amenities, and decor. I would highly recommend The Drake to anyone who is tired of the higher end typical chain hotels, as this property is simply refreshing

Great vibe, great service....will definitely be back! Nothing was too much trouble, and it was a great place to be based as I didn't need to be based in the centre of the city. Plenty of local bars and great restaurants within 15 mins walking distance.

The Drake is filled with beautiful humans. All the staff was incredible. Jordon and the front desk staff was so great. They made me feel at hotel. The food is amazing and the non alcoholic drinks were crafted and made with care. The room and decor was creative. Comfortable and felt like a retreat. I love the vibe and can’t wait to stay again. I highly recommend the Drake as it is an experience not just a hotel.

The Drake is in a great location. The staff could not be more friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here. Also the restaurant was really good too. The room was a perfect size and that included a good size bathroom. I would definitely stay here again.
