We arrived to a guy at the front desk and he wasn’t welcoming at all, we had a little argument about the form but his colleague Christine took over the check in and she was accommodating! Location is superb and they have a free shuttle wich is great.

We initially had a reservation booked at another airport hotel before our Christmas vacation flight. I'm guessing they were overbooked as they moved us to another Marriott brand hotel, which we had stayed at previously.
Solid hotel stay...beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean, shuttle ran on time (first shuttle at 3:55am) getting to both terminal 1 & 3 within 5 minutes of leaving hotel.
Long term parking is "off-site", but is literally next door at the old Carlingview hotel. Steel gates on either end of the front parking lot actually make your vehicle safer there that in the regular parking lot.
Would stay here again.
Hotel was fine but a bit dated. Good location across from the Park & Fly. On returning from our trip I noticed an unexplained separate charge to our credit card on a different date for an unusual amount. Did not look like a "hold" amount. Called the hotel and was told to wait to see if the charge got reversed. Ended up having to call the credit card company to get it reversed. This also happened to our travelling companions who were in a separate room and their charge was for a different amount. No explanations given.

There is a pre authorization at check in which is used to finalize your account on check out. Once we finalize the charge the authorization is finished on our end. Stayed here one night before a flight. Within walking distance of some good food places. Had everything we needed and it was quiet and clean. The room even had a Keurig.
The shuttle runs every 30 mins and goes direct to the terminals.
There are multiple Courtyards in YYZ area. Airport Courtyards tend to all be similar hard product-wise, this one was recently renovated but definitely didn't blow my socks off either. What stood out to me was the consistently attentive service by the front desk and housekeeping team, they were awesome during my short layover. The shuttle service was much more reliable than some other YYZ area hotels too. I think this will be my new go-to YYZ hotel going forward when I'm paying out of my own pocket.
