I stayed here for 30 days & the staff is fabulous. They are on top of cleanliness and the amenities are nice. I recommend and family to stay there. Management was very professional and had a great sense of humor. All around a great experience. Great Team!!

I was there at this property for day use because my flight was in the evening and I was super tired, so I thought to book a room and take some rest. As soon as I reached, the front desk was ok, expected with a holiday inn. I already paid for my room so no hassle with that. The only thing wasn't correct, they took CC auth of 100 dollars and when I said to the lady at the front desk you can take less authorization because I am here only for few hours and not gonna have any meal but she was adamant and refused my request. When someone travels, he/she wants to keep money ready for an unwanted situation. Now they took CC auth and this will only come back to my account in the next 3-4 days.
My room was fine but had a musty smell. There was no water inside my room. Still the room was cleaned, the bathroom was in good shape. The room windows are not completely sound proof, it's closer to the airport so whenever a flight is arriving, I can hear a loud sound inside the room.

At 10:00 pm someone uses a key and opens the door to my room. When I screamed they said: sorry, wrong room. When I called to complain they said not possible- did you leave it open? Didn’t apologized.
Staff is very attentive to our needs. We arrived late at night. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable Helpful in directions to the city of where to go in short time. Shuttle available from hotel to the airport which we needed. Coffee available in room using a Keurig

Our hockey team (along with several other teams) stayed here for the weekend. During the course of the evening one of their meeting rooms (located within a hallway of the rooms) was open, lights on, door open. Several groups were in and out through out the night. A security guard actually told us to go in there so the hallway was free.
The manager came up and told us we had to pay (only our team not the other teams). When we refused, we said we would leave. We cleaned up our stuff (we had brought our own tables) and left.
They charged a random persons credit card $200 plus tax.
When I called to dispute this charge since there were multiple groups in and out they accused us of drinking in the lobby and having the police called and harassing their front desk staff (100% false!!). I have offered on several occasions to provide photo ID of our party to compare to their security footage and they will not review it nor refund the money.
After reading others reviews it is clear that this hotel feels that once they have your credit card on file they can do with it as they wish. I had to email to get my $100 security deposit back. Other reviews advise unauthorised fees all as part of their "policy" when I asked to see a copy of this policy they would not give me one.
They have no idea whose teams were in the room or what people were coming and going so who knows how many extra cards they charged and how much extra money they made, despite us being told to go in the room by their own security guard.
I would BEWARE before booking here!!!!
Also, parking was a HUGE pain, sometimes it's free, sometimes not, for those that it was free for we weren't given a pass to get out, which caused long lines at the gate, sometimes waiting 15-20 minutes to get out of the parking lot.
