We arrived at this hotel at 2 a.m. after a very long travel journey. Lugged our luggage up to the room only to discover the key wouldn't work. The night manager, Ashraf Takia came to our assistance only to discover that the battery was dead on the electronic locking system. It was the only room left! Hotel was filled. He assisted us with our luggage and moved us next door to the Homewood Suites. There he upgraded us to a suite. He wouldn't accept payment for the snacks we had chosen, and we were offered complimentary bottled water. Mr. Takia went above and beyond to provide us with the best possible service. We were very tired, and his kindness touched our hearts. Next morning well rested and refreshed we enjoyed a delicious complimentary breakfast. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We wanted to post this review in appreciation. We give Mr. Takia and the hotel 10 stars.
