Dirty, cold, drafty room, there was a snowbank in the hallway from an emergency exit that didn't close, so there was a constant breeze.
Had to block the door with towels around it.
Paid for a queen room, the room had double beds, and one of the beds didn't have sheets on it.
When I told the front desk, I was told "we are at capacity and our staff is very busy, you and your child can just share the other bed.
The room had not been cleaned since whoever used it last. Had to buy cleaner and do it myself. Ice bin still had water in it, the room was visibly dusty and dirty.
Clods of old dust and hair all around the room. Rolls of toilet paper on the floor as the toilet paper dispenser was broken.
Closet door was broken.
Cabinet doors were broken. Heater was broken and curtains were several inches too short for the windows.
"Breakfast" was a paper bag with a cold stale muffin and a yogurt. When I asked for a 2nd yogurt cup so my child I could each have one I was told "no, there is one breakfast per adult guest."
I attempted to address my concerns with the front desk and they said a manager would contact me. Nobody did.
I contacted them again when I got home, again was told a manager would call me. Nobody did.
A week later I called again and was told by a manager they would look into it and get back to me.
Another week later, I called again, later that day a manager contacted me and apologized, without any further resolution or explanation as to why the room was in such poor condition or why the staff were unable to address any of the issues during my stay.
Avoid this hotel, there are plenty of others in the area with better reviews. Pay the extra few bucks and get a hotel that isn't so run down and filthy
