A clean, quiet hotel near Winnipeg airport. Have stayed here a few times. Will stay again. Price is good, and facilities-eg, exercise room are good. Lots of parking, and very close to the airport. Better value for the $$ than many other airport hotels,

Overnight stop on the way to Edmonton. Professional and courteous service throughout. Great room, clean, roomy, great value. Due to COVID the lobby was and restaurant/bar was shut down, but the "bagged" breakfast was better than most and quite enjoyable. Had a great and long chat with the owner/manager that was very welcoming and made us feel at home. Only downside was they did not deal with a COVIDIOT that refused to wear a mask despite provincial law..

We apologize that yes unfortunately we do have some people that have come to the property who refuse to wear their masks in the common areas and at times have had to have the authorities tend to them as they are breaking the health regulations. We are pleased that although we are not able to serve our hot breakfast buffet at this time that you found our grab and go bag suitable during these unchartered times. Let me star by saying I normally don't write reviews, but this was so bad I just had to!
First of all the hotel could not get our reservation strait, after a bit of discussion they finally got it figured out, but not the price initially quoted(by the hotel). Overall cleanliness wasent to bad when we got here, only to find a quarter under the blanket! (I used to stay in a hotel in Saskatchewan on a regular basis and always got the same room I got into the habit of leaving coins all over to see what would get cleaned and I'm assuming some one else did the same. Upon closer look also found the sheets to be discolored with something see picture. Also the bathroom door hinge was broken asn bathtub drain had all kinds of hair in it! Very unimpressed. I'd give it less then a star if I could!

Spent 1 night went down to pool GROSS! is all I can say! Hot tub foam had disgusting black dirty foam from dirty people entering.
Room was sort of clean - A/C did not work fan vents very dirty, drain in tub would not drain gross hair blocking drain!!

We apologize that you had a situation with the hot tub as it is cleaned regularly, however, if other guests use lotions, etc it sometimes causes this "dirty or mud-like" look to the bubbles. This is why we encourage guests to use the shower in the pool area prior to using the facilities as it will reduce outside things such as lotions (sunscreen or even insect repellant. We do hope you come and visit us again soon.
Everything was dirty. The floor, the bedsheets, the tub. All the complimentary soap, body washes, and even hand sanitizers were cheap. Had so asked for a second set of bedsheets as these ones were dirty, only to get replaced with another set of dirty and stained bedsheets. You’d think they take the time to look at the new sheets before giving you another set of dirty ones

As for the room soaps etc., this is Brand standard and what we are required to provide in the rooms.
