We stayed here the end of November before a morning flight. The room - especially the bathroom was very dirty. We also asked for a wake-up call which we did not receive. The parking is behind the hotel on a fairly busy road. We did stop in the attached pub for a quick drink. It was nice.

Staff not very professional,
breakfast was cold, coffee station in lobby not restocked,
room wasn't cleaned properly, lots of dust, high dusting in room was not done, turn on the heater/AC, fills room with burning smell.
Was charged $55 for 2 towels, that they claimed damaged,(wife dyed her hair a week prior to our stay at the hotel, her hair dye, stained the towel, I've worked 16 years in drycleaning,
I know for a fact their housekeepers could get the hairdye off the towels, there was no reason to charge for the towels)
On another note, my wife is disabled,(parayalysis, left leg)
She entered the public washroom, for the breakfast room, lights were on, upon entering...while using the facility, the lights went out, as result of this, she fell, and was yelling for help, had to call me on phone to send someone in to help her up.
Exhaust fan, in our room's washroom didn't work.
When you call Choice Hotels to file a complaint, they offer you points, if you except it, they consider the problem solved, DO NOT EXCEPT!!

Good average hotel. Good reception clean room. There was what appeared to be water damage in wall and roof in one corner. Repair was a little questionable. There is no fan in washroom There was construction across parking lot, on 4th floor we did not hear it
Overnight stay on a longer road trip.
Hotel staff made all the difference at this hotel. I booked on-line. When getting to the check in, the staff informed me the hotel was over sold. I should not have been able to book the room. The front desk staff worked diligently and eventually got me a room at the hotel.
Dinner at the Asian restaurant on the first floor was very good.
I honestly can’t believe how we were treated at this establishment. They do not make any accommodations what so ever to people with disabilities or special needs. I’m not even kidding you, at the beer vendor that they own their employee called one of us a “retard”. I have never seen a business treat someone like this before, horrible horrible service. Can’t eve stress it enough, do not go here unless you want to support a business where the people and managers discriminate against those with special needs.
