It is a bit tough to access the parking coming from the south, but once you turn around, it is very easy.
The motel is clean and comfortable. The check-in is quick and easy. I never got to try the breakfast, but fellow patrons said it was very good.
I'd stay here again!

We needed to make an emergency trip into Winnipeg with our dogs and needed a pet friendly hotel. The Comfort Inn South was the perfect fit. The location is excellent, being only seconds from the perimeter highway. Our room was on the main floor with patio doors that led directly outside to a perfect spot to walk the dogs. Check in was a breeze and Gerald the front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Our room had a very VERY comfortable queen sized bed. So comfy, that I actually took a picture of the tag to see if I could buy one for my own home. They have a continental/hot breakfast that was nice and the coffee was also very good. Comfort Inn's have come a long way from what I can remember. I will definitely be staying at the Comfort Inn in the future.

An older hotel, but well kept and well maintained. Unlike some other hotels of this vintage, the Comfort lnn did not look run down. Carpets were in good shape; door and window trim showed signs of recent paint jobs; and one stairwell was closed during our visit while crews replaced the tiles. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and TV. Free breakfast included. Plenty of parking including room for trailers.

The fellow at Reception was very nice and helpful. We had a ground floor 2 queen room, it was clean and we parked right in front of the sliding doors to the room. The mattresses were a bit worn out and the pillows not so firm but for one night it was good.
The breakfast was hot and a good selection; loved the sausages but the fried eggs had hard yokes, not so good, try the omelette - better. They also have Continental.
It's a bit weird trying to access the Hotel but once you figure out the way it's not too bad.
It's so easy to find off the Perimeter Ring road South.

I stayed at the Comfort Inn South in WPG with my 2 kids. We had gone shopping the night before we checked out. We left a bag of merchandise in the room when we checked out. When we got home that night we realized our bag was gone and after a discussion we realized it was left in the hotel. There was over $400 worth of merchandise. When I called to advise the hotel they told me the maid said there was nothing left in the hotel room. I know for a fact it was left there and I know exactly where it was left. The comfort in did NOTHING to rectify the situation. There was no offer of a free nights stay there was nothing other than a "sucks to be you". My fault for not making sure everything was out of the room at check out but these things happen. I just couldn't believe that the staff was allowed to take something from a customer and nothing be done about it. I would DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE.
