Beautiful Nostalgic Hotel in the centre of town. The rooms are immaculate and beautifully decorated. Can’t say how much I appreciated such attention to the cleanliness during these trying time. Well worth checking out. Amazing meals at their O’shea Restaurant too. My new favourite place to stay while in Jasper
Really nice location and the common areas of the hotel are nicely decorated, the room however feels a little dingy both in how it looks and in how there is no attention to detail (i.e. wallpaper peeling, fan in the bathroom not working etc.)
I don't think I would stay there again, especially with how high the rates are, you certainly aren't getting your money's worth. Staff was polite.
Our stay at the Athabasca Hotel was outstanding. From the view from our wonderfully decorated room overlooking the centre of town to the unending helpfulness of Blair at the front desk, we enjoyed our two-day stay immensely. As cyclists, we appreciated Athabasca’s bike-friendly atmosphere and indoor storage. On-site restaurant and a pub were bonuses and the staff were great. Everything in Jasper was a short stroll away.
We had an excellent stay. Very clean hotel. Within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Breakfast at O’Shea’s was delicious. Excellently priced. Would highly recommend this hotel.
This hotel is well located, near a few good restaurants, but none of the rooms have AC, making the room feel like an oven. Staff is nice, rooms are fairly big but no coffee machine, no microwave, no small fridge. Very cheap stay.
