Our stay at New kings hotel was absolutely delightful. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all of our needs were met throughout our entire stay. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated and had a charming atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing us with a peaceful and relaxing environment. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was conveniently situated near many popular attractions and restaurants. Overall, our experience at New Kings Hotel exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

It was our first stay at newkings boutique hotel and it won't be our last. The hotel is well located with parking and close to several amenities. The rooms are extremely comfortable and stylishly furnished and the quality of Zest restaurant is an added bonus. The staff are extremely helpful and courteous.

This was an Experience ,the hotel is amazing all the facilities were faultless ,keep up the good work , dry clean very tidy room detail was use one to none, we haven’t exp that level even at some other hotels around the world reception always open 24/7 with an in house restaurant , that catered for every need, sublime food and attention to detail ,with presentation and quality second to none .

i arrived on Tuesday the 23rd of May and booked in as normal. after a long day i wanted to take a shower and there was no water, when i contacted reception I was told "oh yes the plumbers are busy with maintenance on the geysers". my response was that surely one should have been told that there will be an interruption in water as they are busy with maintenance. water only came on at 20:30, and could take a shower at21:00. the next morning water was cold again, so could not take a shower to begin my day.

We apologize for the inconvenience of the hot water. We were not informed from the plumber that this fitting would interfere with the hot water supply. The hotel has installed solonoi on all geysers to manage the supply and retention of hot water in our geysers even during load shedding. Our project manager did speak to you to explain and apologize that same evening.
Independently owned and operated Zest Restaurant in partnership with our hotel offers not only Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner, but it has a fully equipped separate event and meeting venue, seating 45 persons, which can be booked for meetings, conferences, workshops, and private celebrations. The restaurant is offering our hotel guests Room Service from 7h00 to 22h00 on Monday to Saturday. On Sundays from 07.00 to 14.00hrs
