Best personal avocado dip made in the Mexican restaurant by Ms Tomy. She made it spicy for us! We went to the buffets and food was made for those visiting. As Latinos we wanted the authentic stuff. And it did not disappoint. Anthony treated us like royalty. Can’t wait to eat here again.

Aurelio was a great waiter very kind and helpful! Service was quick and he made sure we enjoyed everything. Food was delicious with lots of options. There was a buffet in addition to the menu at the Mexican restaurant. Best waiter ever. Definitely recommend booking this if you stay here.

The best experience at this hotel is the staff. Particularly the waitstaff, they were more than accommodating, polite, and very willing to help. other than that, I really can’t compliment much more. As you may have read from other reviews, the hotel is extremely outdated.

This was my first time visiting a tropical country for vacation and I had an amazing experience at BlueBay. The food service was excellent. I especially enjoyed the restaurants Festival for the buffet style, as well as Mexicano for authentic Mexican food (shoutout to our waiter, Aurelio! He was so kind and helped us pick out the best menu items). Speaking of the waiters, the staff at BlueBay is super friendly and kind… right when we entered the hotel, they held our hands and walked us into the lobby, took care of our luggage, and served us sparkling drinks within seconds. It really felt like a luxurious moment! The staff is so hardworking as well and it really shows. Their dedication to their work, speed and efficiency, and politeness to guests speaks volumes. Our room was also cleaned daily and stocked with soft drinks, coffee, and hygiene products. The resort itself is so big and well maintained, with so many things to explore… the beautiful white sand beach, pools, live entertainment, photography services, gift shops, fauna/nature/animals, kids club, and lots of cute spots to take pictures in. It was rainy season when we visited but they have golf carts to take you around the resort and umbrelllas to use, so it wasn’t bad at all. Overall, I would highly recommend this resort for anyone looking to have a fun and memorable time in Mexico. Extremely satisfied for the affordable vacation price.
