Went from the UK with TUI, the flight over was eventful with an arrest made on landing but the staff were very good and sorted it all out.

The hotel (stayed in select) was very poor, dated decor with a balcony a cat might get on, and even if it did it would only see trees. There were children in the room next door to us, when it was adult only but as the children were staying elsewhere on site and just visiting grandparents for babysitting in their room (all night, every night) the hotel was not bothered.

The select club hotel was lovely but again it had people there that were not select customers and nothing was done even though we asked.

BEWARE if it rains and I know that is not the hotels fault (and it rained for all 10 days) the hotel does not cope very well, flooding everywhere and staff just not equipped to deal with it.
Staff are friendly but not very proactive, we would sit for ages whilst they dealt with large groups who sat down after us. We did tip but it got us no where against large groups.

Food very much like a school canteen, very poor choices and flies everywhere.

The was a party in the select rooms (Bldg 59) and I had to call security at 0130 in the morning, who did come and deal with it.

Do not stay in Bldg 59 the views are shocking, just full on tree trunks and when it rains its awful.

TUI staff member on site was american and not interested at all, i have never experienced this before.

I will not be going here again, and I would struggle to rate it more than 3 stars.
