From the moment you get out of the taxi/transportation, there is someone greeting you and making you feel welcome. They offer you a drink while you check-in and when you get to your room, there's a cold bottle of sparkling wine waiting for you. And they even allowed me to check in earlier, which was great after a tiring flight. The buffet quality is the same as any buffet but, at dinner time, the Italian restaurant is the best. I tried the Mexican restaurant only once but, to be honest, it wasn't as good as the Italian. The snack bar is OK but at night, is awesome! They have tacos al pastor, which are great and the only thing I kept looking forward to XD (well, probably not, quesadillas were great too :D)
Cesar is the best bartender EVER!! He knows what he's doing and he always serves you with a smile (some of the other bartenders could learn from him). And Alberto is the best in serving people around the beach! He looks for people is always making sure you have everything you need and, even if you don't ask for something but, he thinks you may need it already, he brings it to you!! Simply AMAZING!!. Both of them with the rest of the staff made my stay unforgettable and made me want to come back sooner than I was planning to. Keep up the good work guys! People like you are the ones that make one's vacation formidable!!

Had dinner tonight with Pedro as my server at the buffet. Pedro was entertaining and kept our glasses full all night! Food was great the mole chicken is amazing! Jose was my server at the beach. Both of these men were outstanding and delivered excellent service. Jose worked so hard all day serving the entire beach!

The quality of the food at the buffet is poor, to say the least. Most of of the time the food at the buffet was cold. What about cold scrabble eggs for breakfasts. Cheapest wine money can buy; it gives you headaches. The drinks has barely no alcohol. I suspect they water down the tequila, rum, etc. The staffs: about 10% of the employees are pleasant. Most of the staff don’t care about the guest and a several of them are rude.
