Our family just were there for the 4th of July weekend. We enjoyed the stay, loved the beach, the services, the staffs (such as Ricardo, Yuliana, and Esperanza at the food hall), and of course the food. There are so much to do at the hotel. The staffs work hard to keep guests engaged and entertained.

Great all Inclusive hotel in puerto Vallarta. One of their seven restaurants is Cocomar, a fantastic sea food place. Their service is awesome, Jorge and Fede always do the best to make you feel Welcome in your vacation first day or making you feel special in your last day. The service is quick without felling to be rushed. The ceviche pacifico is delicious, we liked a lot also the tacos baja, tiradito, fish, shrimps, octopus, the lobster, the pescadillas, the pie de queso, or their lime ice cream. They are always willing to share great recommendations about food, drinks, appetizers, and / or desserts. In our seven days stay, We went three times because an outstanding service, great food, and breathless first class sea view . Big kudos to Jorge and Fede and to the entire team from hostess, chef, bar, and Cocomar manager. We hope to come back. Thanks again

The customer service at this resort is over the top, especially the activities and entertainment team. Allan, Blanca and Lucas are amazing. They took the time to get to know us from day one and remembered our names. They are very friendly, funny, and personable. Our stay wouldn’t have been the same if it wasn’t for them. The entertainment is very high end and the food is great. Also I usually prefer the pool over the ocean but the beach there is better than any pool. It’s clean, shallow, and calm. I highly recommend this place
