I have stayed at this resort for many years. I am always so pleased to see Jesus (Chuy) Chuca from one year to the next. He is always so pleasant and happy every day! We have asked many questions about the local area and he is always happy to take the time to give us the info. It is obvious that Chuy loves his job! He is the best! It would be a sad vacation without seeing him every day. You certainly have a valuable employee, kudos for Chuy.
We have been staying here for years because they treat us really well always going the extra effort to make our vacation great. The food at all the restaurants Italian Japanese Mexican Cevicheria and the buffet are all fantastic and the service is top notch. The great you from start to finish and treat you great. Always happy always helpful. The entertainment his also great with different nightly theme shows and daytime activities and the kids are always entertained during the day. Rene and Sandy are fantastic. The restaurant staff Ceasar Olga Oscar Sergio Adan Chuy Miguel plus others are all fantastic. Javier is the best bartender but the others are great as well. The guest services staff is especially fantastic to make sure everything is perfect thanks Paola Sergio Tony front desk Noemi the tennis courts are great and so is the gym as well as the massage spa. Love this place it is like home only better
Excellent costumer service, very clean. Confortable beds, it is noisy at night, the food is good. It is well located, close to the airport, and downtown, easy transportation, ese access to the beach and beautiful pools
My husband and I are currently staying at the Canto Del Sol. We love the staff at his hotel. Javier at the pool bar is friendly and always remembers my favorite drink. The connoisseur’s Paolia , Sergio and Tony are friendly and the always accommodating , they make you feel like like you are home The staff is the reason we continue to stay at the Canto Del Sol. The entertainment group Renee and Sandy do a great job trying to include everyone . . The speciality restaurants have a great food and service Caesar is the best waiter along with Oscar and the hostess Karen. If you prefer the buffet Olga at the buffet is the best she is friendly and really goes out of her way to make sure we had great service. We will continue to stay at this resort because of the service we received from the staff
Very nice place in front of the beach, excellent food , happy people serving around the pool, beautiful sunsets, I recommend this place if you and your family want to spend your vacations in a very nice place.
