Every aspect of this trip was amazing. I love the staff here. The staff at the Sonos Club were amazing, specifically Ignacio and Raphael, great attitudes, funny and charming personalities, and overall positive people. If I were to come back to this specific resort it would be specifically to see Ignacio and Raphael again.

Another thing I loved was the general location of the resort. It backs right up to the beach, giving easy access to the ocean and sand.

All of the restaurants in the resort are top notch! There was a very wide variety of different restaurants and foods, Italian, Mexican, Asian, and Seafood just to name a few. The buffet was amazing too, it serves breakfast and lunch.

Liliana and Esmeralda are the best!! Excellent service and go out of their way to make the whole experience one of a kind! They remember us and what we are drinking from the get go. We never have to wait for a drink and never have to remind them what we are drinking. Friendly and welcoming smiles and a fresh cocktail awaits us from the time we walk in. They are in the lobby bar. Be sure to look them up!!! You won’t regret it!
