This was by far a great resort! Everything was perfect! Room 3404 great and the lady that cleaned it was so nice and good ( Arelis Sossa ) . The room was always done by 11 am . The gardens are beautiful so is the beach . The pool is a bit to deep but it was ok . The pool area was very beautiful. The staff at the buffet and restaurants were attentive . The service is excellent. The animation team is the best i had experienced. The shows the kids show… i loved it all . Sugar took care of my 11 years old son with all kind of activities from soccer volleyball to dancing . It was all excellent. The food was great and the drinks were the best. I only find the aqua park a bit far and no transportation to get there. Its a bit to hot with 2 kids! I loved the Aqua-games park . My kids loved it. The only think i really dislike and set me off was i got tricked in a invitation to a special breakfast to visit a nicer part of the hotel. I said i wad not in to buying anything any timeshare or any kind of membership but Frank insisted very much . He was very nice but i was upset to loose 3 hours of a beautiful day on a 7 days vacation by some sellers of the hotel. Don’t get fooled . Appart of that incident i would go back in a heartbeat and i recommend it highly. I also loved the peacock and all the different little cats … it was a great vacation. There is dog on the beach… he is harmless … I recommend you bring lots of 1$ us bill for tips since reception don’t give you change … they never have apparently… See you soon in a near futur Grand Srenis…
