I booked two rooms in this hotel by accident using Expedia (two windows open that looked almost identical, meant to book a different one). I realized the mistake immediately and called to explain and cancel right away. They refused to cancel it. I understand small businesses can face hardship with cancellations, but this was literally a period of minutes and it could not seriously have had any real negative impact on their business to reverse this mistake (and I would have been fine with paying a small admin charge for their time to do so). Now I've lost this money, as I won't be going to this hotel. My partner and I visit this area for outdoor activities but I will never stay at this hotel; if their customer service and sense of decency in these circumstances is this terrible, that speaks volumes about the likely quality of everything else about this place.
