Overall, it was a pleasant stay. However, some things should be point out for improvement: not all gym equipment was in perfect conditions and needed clear maintenance; when making up room, the bed sheets were slightly dirty in one of the days (but they ammended it in the very same day).

I loved my stay at Orchidacea! The location is ideal - less than 5 minutes walk from Kata Beach but up the hill so you have amazing views and are away from the bustle of the main strip. The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed, and the breakfast buffet was delicious, with tons of options including Thai food, fruit, pastries, eggs, and meat. The pool was large and the perfect temperature, and at the perfect spot to jump in after getting sweaty on your walk up from the beach. The staff were accommodating and friendly. I also loved the restaurant located at the bottom of the resort so I could get a bite to eat without wandering the busy streets. This hotel is not wheelchair accessible - even if you get driven up the hill to your room, you will have to navigate some stairs. And if you don't want to call a ride every time you go to your room, you will have to walk up 3-5 flights of stairs (with the payoff of a great view). I highly recommend staying here!

How can I start?? At the start probably. Got there at midnight and Zel and Vincent welcomed us and checked us in. Honestly one of the best staff experiences I’ve had in a while anywhere, and we tried to be cheery as possible given that wu had just traveled 36 hours. Great staff experience. Super comfy bed, shower was class w loads of freebies, canny good movies on the movie channel! Finally!! Meet the fockers was just what the doctor ordered when ur jet lagged af. Breakfast offered a good amount of varied foods aswell as pastries, aswell as an omelette bar that me dad adored, a loved it especially the view from my room. A was happier than a pig in clart. The best way to start off our month long trip. Big up Zel and Vincent. Big up Meet The Fockers. Big up Phuket. You will love it here. I believe my dad met more staff than me as I was fast asleep the first two days until 1. He has asked is to include Tommy, 2ella and Hanna as having been so great and welcoming us as well as Zel and Vincent.

The hotel is beautiful and the view to the beach is gorgeous. The breakfast is very good. The people who work there are super nice and caring. The pool is amazing, the rooms are super great and the balcony has a beatific view of the beach and mountains, you can also see a large monk. Every thing was amazing and me and my mom had a fantastic time! We will 100% come back again.

I recently stayed at this beautiful resort and had an amazing experience! It exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable, making our stay very comfortable and pleasant. The view from our hotel room was fantastic, offering a breathtaking sight of the sea and kata beach. It was incredibly relaxing to sit on the balcony and enjoy the scenery.
They offer shuttle services to kata and kata noi beaches, super convenient! The lobby staff are always welcoming, providing excellent service throughout our stay. I will definitely come back to this resort if I visit Phuket again! 😄
