This is a gorgeous boutique resort and very quiet - away from the hustle and bustle of SMB. Our unit was gorgeous and spotless. We had every amenity needed - and then some. The views overlooking the ocean are stunning as well. Our family loved that we could swim and snorkel just a few steps from our room, and we felt very comfortable letting our kids explore as we watched from the balcony. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, but a car is definitely needed if you’re looking to explore the entire island. It is a 45+ minute drive to SMB, but we simply made our visits to that area a day trip. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a high end property in a low key area.

The dreamiest Luxury Hotel in Rum Point! A perfect place to wind down or celebrate!
Upon arrival we were greeted by Jimmy who welcomed us and assisted with our bags and escorted us to our room. We were happy with the surprise upgrade from the 3 bedroom suite to their 4 bedroom suite.
The Penthouse suite was more room then I could have asked for. Tasteful décor, design and floor layout, not an inch of the unit is left untouched. Each room has its own unique elements with modern art pieces and stylish design. The luxurious King bed was extremely comfortable, linen were soft with lots of fluffy soft throws and excellent pillows. The Master bedroom had a beautiful stand alone soaker tub in a very spacious bathroom. We enjoyed the oversized outdoor patio with 180 views of prime North side for happy hour sunset with canapes. The outdoor tables, lounges, and sunchairs offered more then enough space and options for us to connect and enjoy until late in the evening. The temperature at this time of the year is perfect. The retractable shade allowed us to sit outside the following day hopping between the sun lounges and the sofa for cocktails and small bites.
I loved every minute at the resort and were able to enjoy a little longer with our extended check out which was so accommodating: Thank you Jimmy! We ended up spending the day by the pool and had lunch in the Rum Point Residence Restaurant. Ceviche and Margaritas were a great way to end the day!
I can't wait to go back!

Rum Point Residence is as close to perfection as you can get. Every piece of the property is impeccably designed. It’s spacious units include a generous balcony with uninterrupted views. The beautifully decorated units have spacious rooms which are extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean including the bedrooms which have the most amazing beds, linen and pillows. The units have state of the art kitchens with all the appliances you can ever wish for. The beach is so inviting with warm, beautiful, blue water. The staff are absolutely amazing, friendly and make you feel special, no matter who you are. You will leave Rum Point Residences feeling relaxed and rejuvenated with new friends.

A gem that shines brighter than any other, Rum Point Club Residences will captivate you from the time you walk into the lobby. No detail has been overlooked and the staff team make you feel that you are being welcomed home. No matter where you look, the views are priceless, the infity pool is perfect for lounging, exercise or playing and just a few steps away you can enjoy the beach cabanas or go for a swim or explore with a kayak. The condo was so much more than we could have imagined, they are spacious and bright, the decor captures every colour of the natural surroundings. There is nothing missing and you will never want to ever vacation anywhere else. The only problem that we had was leaving, you will definitely want to stay forever!

If you know Rum Point, you know it’s a destination to get away from the busy seven mile beach corridor . It’s know for its sleepy little atmosphere. The new Rum Point Club Residences was anything but sleepy! It has a modern, upscale vibe and eclectic alluring atmosphere you want to be in and hanging out at! As soon as you pull up to the front doors you know your in for a special adventure! The lobby is ultra cool, with a bar and dining area that’s incredibly intimate, with amazing ocean views! The staff was warm and welcoming. They can set up any water dive trip or stingray city snorkeling or coral garden adventure in minutes because it’s just out the back doors! We had a 4 bedroom unit which allowed all of us to have our own unique en-suite rooms! The beds linens were exquisite and the furnishings very upscale and unique! Every room has amazing views, from sunset to sunrise. I wish I had this fully equipped kitchen at home. We had no trouble cooking a huge meal in this incredible kitchen with all the coolest new appliances. This unit has a massive outdoor deck. Perfectly furnished for ultimate relaxation. The Club has enough beach cruiser bikes for as all to take a morning ride, no one left behind! The Rum Point Club Residence is an incredible new addition to Cayman’s island life, do not miss it!

My family and I stayed at The Rum Point Club Residences in the 3 bedroom residence and were very impressed with the facilities. The staff was knowledgeable about the area and had groceries delivered ahead of our arrival. The beach attendants were also very helpful and hardworking!

I've stayed at RPC Residences several times now, and each time it gets better. THE perfect spot for a break with friends or family, offering guests the chance to unplug away from the busier parts of the island. The rooms boast high-end design and appliances, sumptuous bedding and robes, freestanding bathtubs with views for days, and the bar serves delectable food and cocktails... The staff are helpful and friendly and the local area is begging to be explored by car, boat, bike, kayak, Moke(!) or on foot. Already looking forward to my next visit.

This newly completed 31 unit hotel is truly amazing. It's a modern build with all the luxury amenities one could ask for: fully functioning kitchens with all the gadgets, the softest beds in the world, beautiful bar in the lobby, infinity pool looking out to the blue Caribbean Sea, 110' dock to pull boats up to, and some of the best snorkeling in the world right off the coast! The art and the furniture throughout the hotel is stunning-- very edgy. All the rooms face the ocean.. the 5th floor where I stayed had sweeping views of the entire island! We watched sunset every evening up there with a bottle of wine.
The staff is lovely and truly made my experience feel like home. I am considering buying one of the units for sale!

Our stay at this hotel has surpassed our expectations. Of course we had heard of how fabulous the venue is but to actually witness it for ourselves was on a different level. We luckily got to stay for a full weekend which involved celebrating our friends beautiful wedding. The hotel went above and beyond to make this the best wedding we have ever attended. From the decor to the food, everything was perfect. The staff couldn’t have been any more helpful. They were absolutely amazing in making the day run smoothly. The rooms are incredible. We stayed in a 4 bedroom with 3 other couples and you wouldn’t not have even know they were there. Plenty of room. Big open spaces. Bright and beautiful views. The kitchen is my dream kitchen and had absolutely everything you could ever need for a staycation. The appliances are state of the art and all very user friendly. We had a massive fridge / freezer and the most loved feature, a win fridge. Absolutely beautiful touches. The rooms are decorated beautifully and all have their own flare to them. The pool is the perfect addition to this luxury hotel and was very comfortable to sit and look out over the water in. Overall you will not be disappointed with your stay at the fabulous Rum Point Residences and I cannot wait until we return. Thank you to all of the friendly and helpful staff that made our stay even more incredible.

My husband and I spent 5 nights in a 2 bedroom (den) condo. The complex and condo were outstanding. Everything was in tip top shape. The appliances in the kitchen were high end brands, the showers had great water pressure and were roomy, the air con worked great, there is a washer/dryer if needed. The views were amazing. The staff were always cleaning. The pool and beach have umbrellas and loungers. Beach has some large rocks at entry. Only downside for us was the drive to restaurants usually took 50 mins. There are a few restaurants close but most you have to drive. Seven mile beach is 50 mins away.
