This place has good view but it was really overrated.

We tried staying there overnight hoping to have a relaxing day and to enjoy the place but overnight stay here wasn't a good idea and the food wasn't good as well.

It was only advisable for Day Tour.

We stayed at there cabana rooms but if you want to want a comfy stay, better booked their airconditionned rooms but not recommended to stay here for overnight.

I'll attached some picture of the cabana room inside. Theres a lot of spider web and no mosquito net to filter the dust. Cabana room was a fan room but there fan was really dirty and old.

Pros:
It has a spectacular view!!!
The owners are very very friendly. (Mr & Mrs Delcarmen)
Room is clean
Clean beddings
Good water pressure despite the elevated location
Aircon is working properly
They serve good food. I like the barungoy (popular dried fish in Sipalay)
Snacks and fruit shakes are available.
Resort is secured by armed personnel at the gate

Cons
No beach shore
The last 200 to 300 meters going to Perth paradise is very very rough road uphill with big rocks. The tricycle can traverse but really quite an effort going up.
Be ready to hike 114 steps from the gate to get to the hotel room as the resort is designed to capture the amazing view! Not recommended for seniors.
Restaurant is a few meters from the gate so you have to go down 114 steps to have breakfast, lunch or dinner or pay P150 per room if you want them to bring them up and dine by the poolside.

Island hopping
Cost is quite pricey at P2,500 for only 3 locations in 3 hours. They say its cheaper if you don’t avail at the hotel. The sanctuary and feeding of fishes can be skipped. Not worth going due to strong waves and current and there are very few fishes around.
Maasin cave has amazing rock formations which are perfect for photo op, but very rocky.
Campomanes bay is situated in an island with just a small shoreline with brownish beige sand. It’s the typical island you’ve seen, lined with boats with sari-sari stores, dogs and locals in the area.
Our way back to Perth at around 12nn is a very bumpy boat ride due to strong waves.
In my opinion, this boat tour can be skipped. You may opt to have a tricyle tour to go around Sipalay.

I enjoyed our stay here! What i love the most about this place is their stunning view. While swimming in their pool, you can take pictures with a stunning background which includes small islands and the sea surrounding it. They also offer air conditioned rooms and a bar that serves delicious food. The locals who work here are also friendly and very accommodating to the tourists which made me feel at ease while enjoying my stay here with my family.

Nice Staff, Welcomed us and offered us a drink as we checked in.
Good food There was six in our group and always plenty of food to order from their menu. Cooked correctly ans always served with a smile. We went snorkeling and a bit of scuba diving on our boat tour. Staff recommended very beautiful spots to go and site see. It was a joy to have my niece learn intro to scuba in their pool. Our family can't wait to back and enjoy this place.
Thanks guys

Not recommended for overnight stay!We had reservation in this place and deposited the 2,000 reservation fee. We travelled almost 2hrs from Himamaylan City together with my family for overnight stay,we told them na baka may susunod na 3 persons, they told us may extra charge for 100/person. We got the 2 standard rooms in front of the pool area, worth 2,500 per room good for 4 persons. Check in time 2pm, we got there around 1:35pm. We went to reception desk, paid the balance for 3,000, and corkage fee for 500 since we bought some foods. When I went back to reception area around 6pm to pay for the extra charges for extra persons they told us na 200/person daw pala! Wth? Hindi yun ang una nilang sinabi!! Take note di pa kasama dun ang extra mat for the extra persons, worth 200/mat. So parang 400/person including the mat ang extra charge. Whats the use of the charge na 200/person na di pala kasama extra mat? Coke na 1.5 worth 150 pesos, delivery charge na 150 din. When we check out in this place we left disappointed, this is not what I expected!! It's just too much!! Maganda lang talaga ang location but the service sucks!!

Travelled there from Dumaguete, 4 hours each way, it wasn't worth it. The view was ok, seen much, much better. There was an entrance charge, which wasn't even consumable, and they charge to use the minute pool, which is supposed to be infinity but there wasn't enough water to spill over the top.

Looks good on the photos but that's all. Don't bother.

We traveled for almost 6 hrs from Bacolod City,The view is majestic. The position of the infinity pool is perfectly aligned with the islands. Unfortunately they ask for service charge for bringing the food to your room which is unreasonable.

The view is one of its kind. Magnificent and spectacular. A Nature's gift. Picture perfect. But I recommend to have a day trip and not overnight, as there is nothing to do there. The only activity one can do is Swim the infinity pool. One can also do Island hopping. But other beach resorts in Sipalay can do that as well. I guess it all depends to one's preference.

It has a very nice view. You can only swim on their infinity pool because the seawater is full of sea urchin... Good for taking pictures. The parking space is very limited. I do not advise for an overnight stay. Only for a day tour and swim.

It has a very long staircase going to the pool overlooking the great view. The shallow waters have sea urchin. You can't swim on its beach
