Stayed in the Orchid Bungalow for one night and the Bird of Paradise Bungalow the next night due to the busy time of the year. The Orchid had a great lanai, making the bungalow feel more private while the Bird of Paradise was a larger, 2 bedroom, which was perfect for family and friends to enjoy the staycation. Both kitchens had just about everything we needed. However, if you plan to grill, be aware that you will need to bring your own charcoal. The recent renovations made both bungalows feel new and clean.

Although we stayed during the winter, the views of Ke Iki beach were amazing, and the water was calm enough to swim for a few days!

Greg, the property manager, was very flexible and easy to work with, from booking the bungalows, to checking in, parking, and checking out. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no cancellation fee or down payment required, especially during the pandemic! He was always either on the property or available through phone during our stay and even stopped in a few times to make sure everything was okay.

Overall great staycation as an alternative to traveling during the pandemic. Would definitely recommend to any local residents who are looking to get away for a few days, or for tourists wanting a quiet location.

This place is as advertised, if not better. Perfect location, beautiful and recently renovated accommodations, immaculately clean, and every little detail taken care of. The bungalows were stocked (towels, linens, toilet paper, basic kitchen necessities, even beach towels) and the beds were comfortable. The beachfront is absolutely gorgeous with a beautiful private area which included private beach access and beach chairs, hammocks and even outdoor showers exclusively for guests. You can't beat the location on the North Shore--we were delighted to discover that we were within walking distance to Shark's Cove! Stay here and you won't need to go anywhere else on the island for a perfect Hawaiian vacation. If we ever end up visiting Hawaii again, we are DEFINITELY returning to Ke Iki Beach Bungalows!

Keiki Beach Bungalows is a beautiful setting on a pristine beach. Close to lots of snorkeling spots and surfing beaches. Low key but comfortable - great beds and pillows.
Greg and Annie (and Reece) are eager to please and friendly. Can’t wait to come again!!

We recently stayed here for 6 days and could not be more impressed with the booking, checking in and our overall stay. We booked very last minute and Greg was really fantastic with the booking process and allowing us to cancel our room if your COVID test (that were required by state) were not back in time to travel. We stayed at the same property years ago but it has been completely remodeled since. It is very well run by Greg and staff and we actually extended our stay last minute as the entire family was enjoying themselves so much! I could not recommend this place more based on prime North Shore location, walking distance to shops and food trucks/Foodland and the new renovations. We will be back!!!

From the moment I arrived at Ke Iki Beach cottages I fell in love with the property. So much so that I extended my vacation 3 times until I cancelled my flight home all together.

The Location - The roar of the ocean when you drift off to sleep or lying on a hammock all day soaking up the sun. What more could you want.

The property - A simple cottage with all the necessities you need. Cable TV, full kitchen, bed, bathroom, outdoor armchairs and tables and the Beach right in front.

Property management- Greg is the sweetest, kindest person who will help you with anything. He makes you feel very welcomed, which is one of the reasons I have been returning 3 times back to the bungalows on my vacation for the past month in Hawaii.

As a solo traveller I feel safe, comfortable and very welcomed by Greg and his family. It's reasonably priced and the daycore is simple and homely. It is suitable for families, couples or solo travellers like myself.

This feels like my home away from home and I will be coming back as much as I can.
I can not recommend this place highly enough.

Just don't take my favourite bungalow and hammock when I want to stay there. 🙊🤗

Can’t say enough about our stay. We love the place so much that we already booked next year. Greg the manager is naturally in aloha state and was attentive to our need and gave us great local tips. We are family of 4 and stayed in the Hibiscus bungalow, it’s 2 bedrooms, super clean and recently remodeled and feel very modern. But the beach in front is the real star, raw nature. We got to see whales jumping and dolphins every day. Looking forward for our stay next February. Aloha

We wanted a no hassle spot for my husband to recover from hip replacement surgery and the North Shore and Ke'Iki Beach Bungalows did not disappoint. My fantasy was we would walk out of our bungalow a few steps to be on the beach and that is exactly what the KBB offers. The bungalows themselves were clean, well equipped and we were even able to continue watching a Netflix series on the large screen television! We booked at the last minute and Greg worked with that to assure us we had ocean side bungalows for the majority of the stay. I do recommend booking far in advance for your stay. You WANT the beach side bungalow!

Loved my stay at the cute Pikake bungalow. Private and surrounded by lush tropical grounds, it has a fridge, microwave, stove top and plenty of fresh white towels. It does require spray for ants and new sheets. Otherwise, absolutely delightful. We will stay there again next year.

This is my second review of Ke Iki Beach Bungalows in 4 months as we stayed again in November after our stay in July. We stayed again because we enjoyed our July stay so much and I expect we shall be back again at some stage. This location provides a unique north shore experience being literally right on the beach. The accommodation is of a high standard with all the amenities, yet is still very laid back. The location is close to the important parts of the north shore (Foodlands, food trucks, sharks cove and surf breaks) and only a short drive from Haleiwa. Greg the host is extremely accommodating, but also leaves you to enjoy the place largely uninterrupted. This is a wonderful location.

What an amazing place. Stayed here with my family right on the beach. Walking distance to the grocery store and food trucks, cute chickens walking around, so many mind blowing views. The water is crystal clear here and the sand is made of little tiny shells! Will definitely be coming back to this resort.
