Rooms are comfortable and clean although dated. Robes and microwaves can be requested and are provided if available. The Skagit requested Skagit Transit stop the route to the casino effective January so unless you have a car it is a min $30 cab fare to get there. Lyft or Uber may be a bit cheaper if you can locate a ride. I tried for 11/2 hours last time I was there and couldn’t get either. They now finally have wifi in the casino but cell reception in the hotel and casino is unreliable.

The hotel is fine, clean and the rooms can be generous in size. I had a 1bedroom suite with pass through fireplace to the living room and a jaccuzis. My big complaint is the mattresses are hard and uncomfortable.

The only reason to go here is to gamble, absent that go elsewhere. The Muckleshoot has very nice rooms, great beds and room service along with an outlet mall and their casino has craps...

What other reviewer's have neglected to mention is the hotel at the Skagit Valley Casino. It's separated from the casino just enough to remove you from any casino noise and provides some of the nicest accomodations in the area. The hotel is relatively new and doesn't show any of the signs of wear of older properties. I've always booked their online reservations and have gotten some fantastic deals on their Executive Suites (located on the top floor). They located on the top floor and sport vaulted ceilings, a separate living room and bedroom. A fireplace visible from the living room and bedroom. A jucuzzi, separate shower, a refrigerator and a microwave. The suites are located next to the Presidential Suite which is reserved for headliners at the casino.
The hotel also has a decent workout room and an indoor pool and whirlpool that rarely has people in it (at least when we've been there). The online specials include a casino coupon book with a free buffet. Cheesy as it sounds, the Skagit offers a excellent buffet with healthy choices in addition to standard buffet fare. There's also a fine dining restaurant and a snack bar. The casino is small, but friendly. Nearby is the beautiful Skagit Valley including La Conner and the Tulip Festival. You can also drive a view minutes south to Burlington and shop for deals at the Outlet Mall. All in all, the Skagit is a great little getaway and only an hour or so north of Seattle.

Stopped by here to get some food and fill up the gas. It was so cleaned and food were so affordable. We also played while waiting for our order. With that sort span of time playing i hit the jackpot. It was so unexpected. We got cheaper gas and food plus the jackpot money of 1300$ 😁😁😁

We came for the Christmas Dinner “buffet” which consisted of two slices of ham, green beans and scalloped potatoes. Nothing more. The meal could have been served in the county jail. $25 each for three people came to over $80. Total waste of money!

We paid for two nights at the hotel. My husband and I both won hot seat draws for a total of $900. We also had one night of our stay comped by the awesome casino host, Andy. So basically we stayed for free and made enough to pay for all our meals and gambled until we needed to sleep. Wonderful that the smokers are in their own room now and the majority of the casino is now smoke free. We will be back soon 😀

We stayed for 2 days in a suite with fireplace and beautiful in all senses. Rooms were clean and well appointed. First night - all night from 12 midnight to 4:30 am constant loud walking back and forth above us, occasional very loud bangs like something heavy thrown on floor. Did not sleep at all just wondering what the heck could be happening upstairs. We told desk manager next morning and he assured us that the room was vacant for following night. Well, the same thing occurred that night until 5 am. We again told desk manager we had this disturbing experience all night. Apology and discount received. If you don't care about sleep well this is your place.

Was not impressed, the hotel was just ok and the casino was pretty dead. Thats probably why you didn't do any winning!!
Whe waitress was friendly when she came around. I dont blame her, I'm pretty sure she was the only one working.
I wouldn't bother w this place, there are many better things to do than waste your time here!

My wife and I stayed here for the romance package that was given as a present from my parents. I phoned to upgrade to the executive suite was told it was done then no executive suite available. Front desk said oh well, asked for the manager to call me re that issue no call. When we checked out there was a room charge there that was not ours and had to wait over half an hour to get fixed. The front desk was talking by walkie talkie to food and bev manager and saying we were in to much of a rush but the food manager did not know I was at the front desk and could here them talking about us. On my way out I stopped by the director of sales and asked for the manager once again to phone but yet again no call.In closing nice hotel but poor front desk and management make it a hotel to avoid due to the fact that no one seems to care.

I called ahead and made a reservation at this hotel as a surprise for my husband, the front desk asked me for a visa number to hold the room and I provided her with mine. We set out on our trip and waited through a 2hr boarder line up to come down from Langley B.C.
When we finally arrived at the hotel the front desk clerk asked me for my visa and I gave her my card. It was then she decided to tell me that they do not accept Prepaid visa cards. I told her it was the same card I had given them over the phone. The manager then came over and told me it was their New policy. I told him that I should have been told this over the phone then before I spent 4hrs getting there!!! I begged and offered him $500.00 cash or the option of one of my family members calling in and providing a guarantee with their visa so our night wasn't ruined. All of which he declined and just simply said, Sorry, I can't check you in! I have used that card at the Holiday Inn chain as well as the Silver Reef Casino in Washington. Who by the way saved our anniversary by accomodating us that night!!!! A wonderful place. Shame on you Skagit Valley, learn proper business practices, I intend to tell everone possible what you did to us.
