So many positive things about this hotel! Check in was swift and easy. Keycard for the room is on your wrist band which is so handy. The rooms and ensuites are modern, clean and well equipped with everything you need for your stay. We upgraded to a seaview room with balcony and it was well worth it. It is just beautiful looking out to the ocean. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. So many things to choose from. I am vegetarian and there was plenty of choice for me as well as my meat eating partner. The staff were very attentive - they cleared the used dishes immediately and nothing was a bother to them. All areas of the hotel are stunning. I love that there are loads of different places to relax inside and out. The outside areas heave been very well thought out to allow you privacy if you want it to sunbathe and spend time with those you are away with. Every area of the hotel was immaculate. At night time there was a security guard to ensure only guests entered the hotel which was reassuring. There is a safe in the room but also security cameras in the corridors so we never felt concerned at any stage about our belongings. The location is at the top of the hill just off the main strip which makes for fantastic views, easy access to entertainment as well as peace and quiet for a good night of sleep. We paid extra for the extra late check out on our last day at 1800 as we weren't being picked up until 1730 and this was brilliant. It meant we were not worried about what to do with bags, showering etc and kept every minute in the "holiday vibe" There was a cheaper option for a 1500 check out too if that suited your plans. I can't recommend this hotel enough and I thank all the staff for their hard work.

My husband and I stayed in Hotel Florida Magaluf for 8 nights. Here are some reasons, why I recommemd this hotel: 1. We stayed in a room with sea view and it was awsome! It was wonderful to sit on the balcony and watching the sea and hearing the seagulls flying around. 2. Super friendly and helpful staff. 3. Tasty food and very good and fast service in the restaurant. The food was from a wide variety of seafood, beef, lamb, chicken and vegan food. 4. The hotel is fresh renovated. The interior design is modern and lovely. 5. Daily housekeeping. The hotel and the room was always clean. They washed the sounloungers and the pool area every single day early in the morning ( before 8 O'clock). So there were always clean for the use during the day. 6. The last day of our stay was my husband's birthday. We found a bottle of sparkling wine and a card for him, when we went back to the room from the dinner. It was a lovely surprise. 7. We left the hotel at 5:30 and we were offered to have breakfast at the hotel even that early in the morning. The normal time of serving the breakfast in the hotel was 8 to 11 o'clock. 8. Once again I should mention that the view is just amazing! I can't wait for the next visit! 🥰

Myself and my boyfriend stayed here mid August. The location is quite good, close to Palma and Magaluf with only about 10 minute walk to each location. However, be prepared to walk up huge hills to get to the hotel! We were not too fussed about this but the hotel would not be suitable if you struggled to walk or were elderly etc.
Pool area
The pool is ridiculously small and we did not manage to get sun beds near the pool the whole week we were there. There are a few sun beds dotted around the area which we managed to get everyday but not being able to be next to the pool was a bit disappointing.
Lunch and Dinner
The food is okay, not a lot of diversity in the hot food but not too bad for an all inclusive.
The main issue we had was getting drinks during lunch and dinner. You cannot go up and ask for drinks and have to wait for a waiter to come to your table. The issue with this is that there is obviously a lot of people getting lunch and dinner at the same time and the waiters don’t have time to go round everyone. Quite often we had finished our dinner by the time someone came over to us. There were also times we got no drinks at all during our meals because of this.
Breakfast
Breakfast was great. Lots of choice, hot and cold food and you were able to get your own juice in the morning from a machine which made things much easier!
Other guests
We found that a lot of the guests were fine and not as rowdy as they usually are in other Magaluf hotels.
Rooms
We got a sea view room which was really pretty and a great choice. The only issue with our room was that it was next to what we assumed to be a sewage pipe which meant that no matter what we did, our room always had a horrible smell. Other than that, the room was kept clean everyday by the lovely maids. The lighting in our room was very confusing as switches only worked if certain ones were on/off but we eventually got the hang of it!
Overall
Overall, I would say this hotel is more like a 3 star. It is average overall and nothing was really impressive. We paid over £900 each (including flights with TUI) which was totally not worth it. I would say if you could get it for £600-£700 it would decent value for money but any more it wouldn’t be worth it.

Me and my friend booked a girls holiday here and we haven’t been treated very well at all! I have never wrote a review but my stay here was so unsatisfactory it’s only fair I inform others: Firstly, there is a 6 drink rule (which is no fault of the hotels) but you are only allowed 3 in the restaurant at lunch and dinner. They only serve beer, wine and sangria. They have spirits in the other bars, that you have to pay for, but won’t serve it in the restaurant. We (being teenagers) don’t drink it so a waste of all inclusive! Secondly, they stopped our all inclusive on our last day and wouldn’t serve us dinner! Our coach picked us up at 9pm so we had to go out and buy dinner even though we payed for the full package. You have to buy a towel €6 on top of paying €10 deposit which is a joke! The hill on the way up to the hotel is so steep so if you are coming here on a girl/lads holiday, walking up and down that hill to the strip everyday is horrible. There is no disability access to the pool and throughout the holiday I got heatstroke. There are only few umbrellas and I came out at 8am to reserve one so I could come out my room. The pool didn’t open until 9am and their exact words were “we don’t make exceptions”, so I came out at 9am and there wasn’t any beds in the shade so I had to stay in my room all day. This is not putting their guests at their best interests. Other hotels I have been to would’ve helped cater for me. The workers are not that friendly. The only good things about this hotel is how close it is to the strip, the view, and the food.

I stayed here with a friend for just under a week. We stayed from the end of June till beginning of July. The hotel was new and lovely... staff were super friendly and very helpful. For example on our checkout day, our flight was cancelled so we had more time to waste before we went to the airport so they let us leave out bags and also use their shower facilities after going to the beach. You can also chill out in a lounge near reception while you wait.
The room we got was fantastic. We had a great balcony view of the beach and an island nearby. Room was 7002 but I think any rooms in that same block between 6-8 is probably the same view. The rooms were very comfy and spacious.. the bathroom was brilliant as I am a massive fan of massive shower heads and stand up showers.
You also get a fridge, which comes in handy for snacks and drinks you can buy from the various Spar shops seconds away.
The only thing I guess that is negative is the long tiring hill getting to the hotel. It is a tough one for disabled customers or elderly customers unless you get a taxi up I suppose.
The beach is around 5 minutes walk. Shops, food, clubs, bars are 5 minutes away but you do not hear anything at night when you sleep so it is peaceful too.
We did not use the pool as we are more of a beach kind of people but we did have breakfast there and it was great with various options.
They also allow you to use the GYM facilities for free, which was amazing and helped us stay fit.
I would 100% return...
people can get shuttle bus from/to the airport to the hotel for a very reasonable price or if you are coming alone, you can get a bus from the airport and walk to the hotel. Does not take more than 10 minutes.

We stayed here for a week in October for our first time ever in magaluf.Wasn’t expecting much due to the reputation of magaluf but my god were we wrong!This hotel is by a long stretch the best hotel I have EVER stayed in.On arrival we checked in efficiently with the staff who were very polite and explained everything.We we’re given wristbands which were our keys which is very handy as it means You don’t even have to think about bringing it or losing it etc.!Got up to our room,absoloutely stunning!so modern,spacious and impeccably cleaned by the cleaners every single day we didn’t book a sea view room but we had the most breathtaking view of the sea.To make it even better-a bottle of Prosecco on arrival!The Entire hotel particularly the sky bar,pool area and dining area have the best views that u will probably ever get.Additionally,being first timers in magaluf it was perfect location because we had the option of going down to Palma nova or magaluf which were only 5 mins walk in either direction!The only slight downside to the location was the hill it is situated on m,along with many other hotels.I thought this would be a struggle having asthma, BUT honestly it got easier every day and also helps burning off some of the cocktails that were consumed 😋also the views were 100% worth the small uphill climb.Also we’re very pleased at how quiet the hotel was considering the size of it.No rowdiness or loud partying during the night etc. as you might expect in magaluf.My last note is that the breakfast was outstanding.So much selection definitely something for everyone,the staff even make fresh made to order omelettes in front of you!The food and drinks could not be faulted in any way.
I have never stayed in a hotel and wrote a review about it.But this hotel is a MUST.There is nothing bad to say about it at all and value for money is unmatched.Hotel florida keep doing what you are doing!

We visited this hotel for a a mums and daughters 4 night break. The hotel itself was beautiful and on a whole very clean. We had 4 rooms and unfortunately there was an ant problem in one of the rooms which was quite severe but as we all wanted to stay together in rooms next to each other they put up with it. Onto the all inclusive. Now we were aware before we travelled that there was a max 6 alcoholic drinks policy per person. 3 with lunch and 3 at dinner which we were fine with, however the snack situation was not good at all. If you were on a day trip where you would miss a meal you are unable to get anything hot and the only snacks available are either pre made sandwiches under a cloche in the bar area or a selection of pastries, and this was very limited and poor quality. Also the staff struggled really badly with their understanding of what was and wasn't included in the all inclusive. One day we were charged for milkshakes and told they weren't included at 4.50 euros each....the next day we weren't charged and were told they are in the all inclusive....and I think every drink order we ordered whilst we were there was wrong. Not all the staff but most of the staff were very rude. The room cleaner.... Antonio on reception and a young lady who ran the pool bar were lovely and helpful but apart from that the rest of the staff were not helpful and were very rude at times. Sadly because of the lack of customer service and staffs understanding of what is and isn't included in the all inclusive board I would not re visit or recommend.

We decided to just have a quick trip to Magaluf and stay at this hotel it says 4☆ but we did not think so plus we upgraded our short stay to have sew views and all inclusive which at the time we did not know ( plus was not explained to us ) about the 6 drink rule 3 at lunch and 3 on evening meal so wrong as we do not sit at a meal long enough to drink 3 drinks and you could not even use any of your left over drinks in the bar so annoying. Staff were great at pool bar restaurant staff were ok not very friendly reception staff were ok but the young gentleman that finally explained about the 6 drink rule told us it was a government rule that had literally just come out.he was lovely. Our room was nice but very basic beds very uncomfortable far to low and not enough storage bathroom nice walk in shower but we had a wall of human hairs on it and not ours we made a joke of it even took a picture but thank god it was behind bathroom door so didn't need to go near it think cleaner had used maybe a towel of the floor from previous occupation to dry the wall and left the body hairs from the towel ooopps!!! Food better at lunchtime served at pool bar than evening meal breakfast was nice Would not go back but its now ticked of the bucket list.

I wanted to share me and my friends experience at hotel Florida magaluf as we felt like our holiday was spoilt by the way we were treated at our hotel. We decided to go all inclusive as we thought it would be better value for money, however we questioned that upon arrival as we were refused to fill up our water bottles due to not having the ‘hotel branded bottles’. We then had complications with our door keys not being activated and a broken air conditioning unit in our room. When informing staff members about these issues we were given rude and blunt responses. We didn’t want these first encounters to tarnish our time, however the exact same attitude was shown to us at meal times by the waiters. We were spoken to with aggression when ordering drinks, which were then slammed down on the table with no communication from the waiter. Other guests in the hotel noticed this and agreed with us that they’d also received the same type of treatment. The food was lovely and views from the hotel were beautiful, which is why it is such a shame that the customer service did not match this. Me and my friend started to question whether they just treat younger guests with little respect as we’ve both come to Majorca before, choosing all inclusive holidays, but been with our families and received such a contrast in experiences. If customer service and respectful staff is an important factor for when you’re selecting a hotel, do NOT choose hotel Florida.
