Nestled in a bustling hub, Dream Nashville garners applause for its attentive service and prime location, with guests enjoying proximity to local attractions and nightlife. The hotel's amenities, including cozy rooms and complimentary coffee, contribute to a comfortable stay, though some guests find the value lacking when considering room sizes and extra charges. While the atmosphere buzzes with vibrant music and events, it's noted that this can sometimes elevate the noise level, despite the hotel's commendable sound insulation. Overall, the cleanliness is consistently praised, ensuring a tidy and welcoming environment.

We enjoyed our stay at the dream. The King suite was funky and elegant with a luxurious bed, lovely linens and a great bathroom. I'd like to see complimentary water in the room and the towels were not has high quality as I would hope. The cleaning staff needs to do a better job of getting the flat sheet on the mattress nice and tight as it kept coming loose and balling up in the night. The TV struggled a little with it's various features but overall was fine. The location is perfect to enjoy the hotels of 4th and Printers Ally with a short walk down to Broadway. The restaurant had just reopened and seemed a little unorganized. The prices are to high for what you get. The crab dip and cocktail were lovely but the sushi was substandard for $20/roll. Brown avocado and barely any sushi on the rainbow roll. To spend $100 on two sushi rolls one cocktail and crab dip app is outrageous even on 4th. We will definitely recommend the rooms at the Dream but probably won't return to eat.

My wife and I got married in Nashville on a Friday and booked a staycation at the Dream for the remainder of the weekend. We were able to book during a Black Friday sale, so that made the value very good. I can't speak to the value outside of a special promo. We had our bags dropped off before the wedding, and they were in our room waiting on us when we got there. We didn't realize it until the following day, but we had been given a slight room upgrade to celebrate our occasion.

When we checked in late Friday night/early Saturday morning, we were told they'd bring us up some mimosas to celebrate the following day. When we ordered breakfast, they asked what we wanted and I mentioned the mimosas, but we ended up being charged for them. HOWEVER, the restaurant seems to be a slightly separate entity that the hotel itself, and when our room service hostess found out it was our wedding, she brought us a bottle of champagne, some orange juice, and some cupcakes to celebrate. The following morning, we were also given free breakfast with mimosas to celebrate by the hotel itself, so I think the first issue was just a communication issue that was more than made up for.

The room was overall fantastic, but it was tough to get the room to a comfortable sleeping temperature. I'm already a hot sleeper, and the very comfortable bed was also very warm, so it took the room a while to cool down to where I needed to make it comfortable - presumably because of the high ceilings and size of the room.

Those are two very nitpicky issues, but our overall stay was fantastic. Would highly recommend Dream to anyone!

I highly recommend Dream, my husband and my experience was nothing but pleasant.

From the beginning we were greeted with a friendly and attentive staff, we were checked in promptly. The hotel was clean, they have a very decent gym in terms of hotel gyms go. The rooms were very clean, housekeeping was very efficient, friendly and not obtrusive at all. The hotel is conveniently located off Printers Alley and a short 2 block walk to Broadway.

Staying at The Dream Nashville may have been one of the best hotel experiences. 5/5 stars

The only friendly people in your hotel were the door/valet guys. The food in restaurant came out cold. the rooms are clean & comfortable but make sure you ask to not be facing the alley as loud music stops between 230am & 3am nightly & then there is the bar clean up!!!!!

Dear Shanna0304, I wanted to start by thanking you for sharing your experience with us. I'm disappointed to hear that we did not provide the highest level of service we are know to offer. I am however pleased to hear that you had positive experiences with our door/valet team. They are a true asset to our operation. I've shared your experience with the other hotel leaders and want to assure you we are making efforts to ensure our guests are properly attended to. Additionally we are located along Historic Printers Alley which does have a buzzing nightlife scene on the weekends which is the purpose for many of our guests travel. For the future I would recommend booking directly with our in-house reservations team so that we can assist with booking the right room for your needs. I hope that when you return to Nashville we are given an opportunity to better serve you. Best Wishes, Tony Madarang Director of Front Office Dream Nashville tmadarang@dreamhotels.com

We are definitely used to a different level of service and standard specially when paying a $1000 a night! We purposely stay at 4/5 star hotels and pay more for this service. We were unable to even reserve/ eat in the hotel restaurants, Made multiple calls the front desk with no call backs, requested assistance in room that was ignored, and even getting an extra pillow was too much to ask....ridiculous. The location, decor and rooms are beautiful

If you’re contemplating a stay in this hotel, and you had booked a room 1020 at an average of $1000 a night you might have wished to have received the following services: a daily replenishment of the Nespresso pods, water, towels, and a cleanup of the dishes, as there is a beer, tap glasses And coffee mugs. If you can’t do the dishes on a daily basis, you need to supply dish washing lotion, and a towel so that the person can do their own cleanup. Either you do the cleanup or the person does the cleanup, but something along those lines has to occur, we stayed Tuesday through Friday. There were six clients, three rooms and all of us were given the lowest tier of daily services that we have ever experienced. Nothing gave us any pre-notice that there wouldn’t be any service and you say oh you can ask for these services I spent many times calling and asking for services, they were not happening on one case one of our clients wanted water in the room and stopped at the desk and said, could you please replenish the water in our room the person behind the counter said well it’s right here take it up and they were already carrying business paraphernalia and needed to figure out how to get their own water up to the room. This is just one example is the hotel beautiful yes, there are cute touches nice bath robes slippers, good linens in one of the nicest rooms. This hotel both our coffee tables were covered with glass marks the wonderful card playing table with the decks of cards. Just had miss matched and complete decks. The TVs in every room had the basic dish set up, if you had your own Netflix account, you might get in on that but of course that wasn’t supplied one of the highlights of our visit was using the town car the gentleman handling the town car was professional, kind, and considerate. We do appreciate all that he did for us the rooms are quiet airy, there are electronic curtain drape closing devices. There was an icemaker in our room. Otherwise you were left to your own devices to go to track down a made track down somebody at the front desk. Ask for something wait and see if it showed up it usually didn’t and frankly being on a business trip and trying to handle all the housekeeping yourself got a bit embarrassing and tiring and everyone was complaining so the person that booked was left explaining why they booked such a hotel for this meeting. You tell me why I booked this hotel? It was a mistake.

Service really spotty and not at all what you should have for such a high end, expensive hotel. Housekeeping was inconsistent (didn’t even service our room two of six days — sometimes with hand towels and robes, sometimes not…). Some front desk staff was really friendly and helpful, and others never bothered to say hello or acknowledge you as you walked by. Also the little coffee maker in our executive suite was broken the whole time. For a boutique hotel at that price, they really fell short of the mark for service. The location was really good, and the lobby restaurant was often hopping with people.

A wonderful 3 nights in Nashville, this center city location is perfect for all the eating, music and entertaining you could ask for....literally a 15 minute walk from everything. All went very well, BUT shocked the room had no drawers, only a small hanging closet. Where does one put days of clothing which gets folded? And the TV on the side wall was a weird place to install a large screen. I would suggest either find a way to add a dresser or two, or let guest know the room will only accommodate hanging clothes. The room was only "made-up" 2 of three days so towels ran out on us.

Been awhile staying in a boutique hotel and what a way to come back. As soon as you walk through the front glass doors you feel the great vibe and the good juju. Tony up front is the master of ceremonies and a font of local intel. I hit him up for everything on where to eat, what to do, to what the best Tennessee Whiskey or Kentucky Bourbon is (he knows his spirits this guy). Down to every single member that works with dream all professional & personable. Valet guy was friendly, the Barista up front made me smile, and Colby at the bar was the bomb. Right down to the room stewards and whoever employee I ran into was a genuine feeling of them being happy that you're visiting and staying with them at Dream. Room was beautifully appointed and roomy and was absolutely clean right down to the linens and towels. If I was going to just veg and stay holed up this is a great place to camp out, but hey, this is Nashville right and this place is in striking distance by foot of all the entertainment and shopping and galleries and music halls you could imagine. And for the adventurous around you, the ubiquitous electric scooters are all over the place extending your range and radius to venture out thru Nashville and see all the nooks & crannies it has to offer, (but not for the faint of heart, can see why those scooters are a menace to traffic & pedestrians, just be responsible & level headed). As the famous song goes in "Row Row Row Your Boat", this hotel definitely puts "Life is but a DREAM'.
Thank you all for the wonderful time I had with my daughter and her girlfriend in this DREAMY town of Nashville and having a beautiful and safe place to camp out and to be my ground zero. Peace & Love,
Randy P

The location of this hotel is fabulous. Printers Alley is right behind it and Broadway is right down the street. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. The bar and the bar food (along with the staff) is great! One bar was made into the Gingerbread Bar and it was so cute. There were, however, several parties in it that had it reserved so it was hard to visit during the times that you would actually like to be in a bar. The rooms...reminded me of some in New York City. They are not very big but the bathroom is quite large. In fact, the bathroom is too large and there needs to be a table or vanity of some sort in order to have a place to put your goods. One thing that I did not like was that the snacks in the room were on a pressure point system. My daughter immediately picked up the gummie bears (the were champagned flavored) to look at them and put them back. We were charged for them simply because they were "lifted" off the snack holder for a minute.
Cute, quaint hotel close to everything!

Yes, they have room service. Also there is a nice restaurant on the lobby level along with a separate fun bar. Just down the road is an excellent Cajun seafood place that is open late until 2am. It is within walking distance.
