We came to the Valley to get married and booked our whole wedding party of 10 into the Grand Pre Winery Inn. It was absolutely perfect. The rooms are comfortable, well-equipped, clean, and beautiful. The bathrooms are spacious and exceptional! The staff, especially Michelle, went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and to ensure we enjoyed our stay. In addition to the rooms, we were able to take advantage of the common sitting room, kitchen, and dining room which added so much to our wedding weekend. We enjoyed the bursting springtime blossoms on the immaculately tended grounds. There's nothing about the inn or the staff that could have been better. We will be back!

A renovated historic house seconds away from their restaurant. I was impressed by the gigantic bed and bathroom, but it was sparsely furnished. Guests can help themselves to tea and coffee in the kitchen, and a very light breakfast is included. Furniture is modern and chic, but you can easily hear other the guests.

We travel a lot and this was one of the most beautiful rooms we have ever stayed in. Wine on the front deck- cosy. Breakfast in the grand dining room -amazing and dinner at the attached restaurant- delicious. A truly memorable experience that we wish to repeat again next summer

Amazing night at the Inn. Beautiful setting. Lovely rooms. Friendly staff. Gorgeous outdoor sitting weather permitting. We did a wine tour followed by dinner at the on site restaurant. So nice to simply walk back to your room with no need to drive. Hiked Cape Split and biked on the Rails to trails. Highly recommend this spot for a night away.

This is a wonderful place that really cares about customer satisfaction. Unfortunately we had to cancel our stay due to an extreme weather event. Morgan at the Inn couldn't have been more understanding a gracious. I highly recommend this property.

Stayed here on a recent trip to Nova Scotia. The room was nice and the service (breakfast, check-in) folks were fine, but the location and management were very bad! We were blasted with overamplified music from the restaurant on the property for an entire evening. Not music-in-the-background sort of sound but deafening super-loud sound. The bandstand is located right next to the inn. When we complained to the management, they acknowledged the noise, but didn’t even bother to apologize. The management obviously knew about the band—they own the restaurant where the band was playing. We were not warned about the noise when we made the reservation (as we have been at other inns where noise might be an issue). If we had known the room would be so loud, we would have gone somewhere else. There are plenty of other nice inns in the area—give yourself a break and get a room somewhere else!

Dear Allan, We appreciate your feedback and wanted to take a moment to share our perspective on the matter. While we understand that the live music event on said Thursday evening may have caused some inconvenience, it's important to note that the music played for a total of three hours, from 7 pm to 10 pm. Until just after 8:30 pm, the music was intentionally kept at a lower volume, where the second set was at a higher volume. We value all feedback from our guests, both positive and constructive, as it helps us improve our services. However, I must also mention that we found your approach taken during your initial interaction with us to be quite confrontational, very aggressive and uncalled for. And to be clear, we did apologize to you at the time. Our inn, as clearly listed and advertised, is part of a busy, working farm winery. You booked your stay during the height of our season. We are a public facility, with many different aspects, events and happenings on a daily basis. All major events, such as our live music nights, are clearly listed on our website events page. As the inn is the newest addition to our working farm winery, we still have to learn its unique challenges and your feedback has highlighted the need for us to proactively communicate such events to our inn guests when they book their stay with us. While we understand that different experiences may vary, our aim is to provide the best possible experience for all our guests, and we take your comments seriously. We appreciate when guests provide a balanced perspective, acknowledging both the challenges and the positives of their stay.
